Research On The Status Quo Of The Talent Training Model For The Integration Of Production, Education And Research In The Olympic College Of Nanjing Sport University

Currently researches on the training mode of talents in colleges and universities are hot research topics.Among them,researches on the training mode of production,teaching and research integration for talents have attracted considerable attention.On the basis of previous researches,the author summarizes the training mode of production,teaching and research integration for talents as a kind of educational form.It makes full use of different teaching environment and teaching resources among college,enterprises and research institutes,bringing into full play comparative strengths of colleges,enterprises and research institutes.Besides,it also combines classroom teaching with practical teaching、scientific research.It is a training mode of talents based on school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration.Based on the case study of present situation of the training mode of production,teaching and research integration for talents in Olympic College of Nanjing Sport Institute,this paper makes a comprehensive review of achievements and problems in the process of cultivating talents by the methods of literature study,expert interview and case analysis.By analyzing the problems,the author explores the future direction of talents training of Olympic College of Nanjing Sport Institute.Meanwhile,the author hopes this paper could serve as guidance and reference for relevant sports colleges to introduce the training mode of production,teaching and research integration for talents.From the study,obviously Olympic College of Nanjing Sport Institute does make certain achievements in the implementation process of the training mode of production,teaching and research integration for talents.Nonetheless,some problems still exist.For example:the integration of production and education is still relatively low;there has been some resistance when educational reform promotes the updating of training mode of talents;there still exist weakness of the structure of faculty and research abilities;infrastructure construction and fund are slightly inadequate,etc..Olympic College of Nanjing Sport Institute continues to get into details in the training mode of production,teaching and research integration for talents and steadily improve the ability.Reforms need to be implemented and emphasizes the further construction of perfect qualification assurance system.Moreover,we should optimize the structure of the teachers and teaching resources and improve the institutional management continually.The significance of scientific research should be strengthened and integrate the scientific research into teaching and production.
