Under the background of supply-side reform and the implementation of Mad e-in-China 2025,vocational skilled talents are increasingly needed by the society,and vocational education in China has entered a golden age.Secondary vocational education is an indispensable part of our country's occupation.According to the survey,more than 70% of the new frontline employees come from vocational and technical colleges.In February 2018,the Ministry of Education and other six departments issue d the Measures for Promoting School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Schoo ls,which proposed to further support the development of Vocational education,en courage enterprises to participate in running schools,and train secondary vocation al education talents with real post competency.Therefore,it is very significant to establish a training mode of secondary vocational talents to meet the needs of the post.In this context,this paper takes the post competency theory as the breakthr ough point,through the study of the training objectives of business English major in secondary vocational schools,finds that the current training mode of business English talents cannot meet the needs of social and economic development.It is urgent to strengthen the professional connotation construction of business English in Secondary Vocational schools and to build professional business English talents to meet the market demand.Based on the competency theory,this paper establishes a competency model for business English talents in secondary vocational schools.In order to understand the current situation of business English majors in secondary vocational schools,a questionnaire survey is conducted through the model.This questionnaire is guided by the vocational education thoughts of Marx,Dewey,Huang Yan pei and Tao Xing zhi.This paper analyses the problems existing in the professional construction,teachers 'equipments,curriculum,teaching contents and methods of secondary vocational schools,and puts forward solutions to the problems.In a word,how to improve the competitiveness of business English talents in the labor market,construct a perfect talent training system,make the students' learning in class useful,and really apply professional knowledge,professional skills and professional quality to the practice needed by enterprises is the purpose and purpose of this study.
