The brain drain of information technology industry is an important problem and challenge faced by Dalian,China.The general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council have noticed these problems recently.In the opinion on further promoting the spirit of scientists and strengthening the construction of style and style of study issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council,it is clearly pointed out that to support the stable talent team in the central and western regions,the developed regions should not be one-sided High pay and high treatment,especially from the central and western regions and the northeast.In the existing research,there is less systematic analysis on the brain drain in the information technology industry,especially the research on data research and analysis processing,which also makes the research on the brain drain in the information technology industry in Dalian lack certain systematicness.In order to study the reason and policy effect of brain drain in Dalian information technology industry,we should analyze the data based on the current human resource management problems,and then put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper mainly studies the problem of brain drain in Dalian's information technology industry.It comprehensively and deeply combs the current situation of brain drain in Dalian's information technology industry through the questionnaire survey and interview research on the management personnel of enterprises and school's human resources department,the reception personnel of municipal talent Park(human resources related departments)and the corresponding information technology industry talents Dalian information technology industry puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on brain drain,which mainly includes four aspects: establishing the concept of keeping pace with the times,establishing the support of information technology industry to increase the attraction,increasing the investment in the talents of Dalian information technology industry,and innovating the management methods and means of talents.
