This article is based on the phenomenon of the loss of domestic social work workforces in China,which has been one serious social problem for eons.In recent years,native social organizations develop vigorously.Nevertheless,various social work industry has been plagued by the inclination in social work employees,which demonstrated a more intensified trend.In this paper,the Jiangmen city is selected acting as the study sample.Various research techniques including literature retrieval method,case study,quantitative and qualitative analysis,and comparative investigation research are used systematically in the article.To research further,the brain drain theory,compensation incentive theory,theory of occupation burnout are carefully chosen as research angle.Accordingly,the investigation on the loss of domestic social work workforces is investigated comparatively,with multi-level,wide field,and a full range.The study found that the chief reasons of social work workforces scarcity comprise Social work system chaos,policies and regulations the serious lag,Welfare policy implementation does not reach the designated position,the social work talent pay low salary,the generally downcast of government administrative affairs and the intensity of work,low salary,low awareness of social work and reduced sense of occupation identity,deficient social work training mechanism as well as narrow promotion channels.According to the situation of our country,several recommendations comprising "To establish compensation security system,improve the social work personnel salary treatment","Promote the construction of policy system,strengthen the government purchase of social work service","Broaden channels of choose and employ persons,optimize the structure of the social work talent team" are putting forward with three aspects including policy,system,and personnel.The research outcomes will be beneficial to the country in two aspects of policy and law of social work talent loss,to effectively restriction and relief.In microcosm,the level of social service agencies will be enhanced,social organization manpower shortage will be alleviated and the problem of brain drain will be resolved.In macrocosm,the enthusiasm of professional personnel can be protected as well as the construction of the whole social workers team may be constructed positively.The smooth realization of social work professional talent team construction,goal and main task which determined in the 19 ministries jointly issued a"construction of social work professionals and long-term planning(2011-2020)" will not be a dream in the year 2020.
