Study On The Effective Supply Of Public Services For Compulsory Education Under Population Migration

Since entering the new century,with the rapid economic development and the rise of urbanization rate,results a large number of population movements in the history of human development.With the entry of a large number ofimmigrant populations,the resource and service supply of the public service system in the relocated land has been challenged greatly.Especially in the area of compulsory education,a large number of school-age children followed the parents into the city,formed a huge demand for educational resources,and brought great pressure to the local government.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the structural reform of urban compulsory education supply side to increase the supply quantity of existing compulsory education resources and improve the supply efficiency of urban compulsory education resources,so as to meet the growing demand of compulsory education for accompanying children.Taking Dongguan as an example,we try to make a comprehensive and objective analysis of the structural reform of the supply side of urban compulsory education under the current urbanization background.In the process of research,we mainly use the comparative analysis method and empirical research method.Using the information of the compulsory education from the interview and the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the supply mode of the public service of Dongguan compulsory education by comparing and analyzing the financial input,the total supply of compulsory education,the policy of compulsory education and the teachers,and analyzing the information of the questionnaire survey.It is pointed out that the public supply of Dongguan compulsory education has the following problems: the scarcity of educational resources,the shortage of teachers ' supply,the uneven quality of private education,the unfairness in the supply process and so on.According to the actual situation of Dongguan,the new mode of public service supply of compulsory education for the children of migrant workers is explored to meet the new urbanization fast progress.It is of theoretical and practical significance to maintain the compulsory education rights of migrant workers,to reduce the financial expenditure of local governments,to upgrade the supply level of compulsory education and to stabilize and realize regional sustainable development.
