Supply Side Reform Of Higher Education-research On The Talent Cultivation

In the context of the supply-side reform of the national economic system and the demographic dividend fading away gradually,education especially higher education should take the initiative to assume for countries to provide high quality application-oriented and innovative talents,provide talent guarantee for the healthy development of the economy.But at the moment,there is a conflict between the structure of higher education personnel training and social needs,appearing on the Labor market "ten thousand people rob a post" or "ones don't go to work only when they have jobs",emerging the structural imbalance,and decline in the quality,employment difficulty,and many other practical problems.These questions inhibits the effective demand of higher education,at the same time,effective demand downturn exacerbated the lack of effective supply.Thus it presents the contradictory forms of effective demand and effective supply shortage.The supply-side reform of the education supply side is to address this structural problem as a central task.As the supply of the talent training,colleges and universities through the reform of the supply side,vigorously develop technology skilled,innovative talents to adapt to the market demand so that the problem of structural unemployment can be efficiently solved.Reform of higher education supply side to further implement the strategy of innovation driven development,creating new talent bonuses,changing the way of accelerating economic,adjusting industrial structure,promoting product upgrades and promoting economic development has very important significance.From the perspective of supply,this article mainly study the quality of our country's higher education structure reform,trying to improve some effective measures for the economic environment in the aspects of talent supply.Through the supply side reform level,In the paper I mainly analysis on the current situation of higher education personnel training.At the same time through the way of questionnaire,it survey to find out the contradiction between supply and demand of higher education talents and differences.And through the T test,it verify the authenticity of the contradictions exist and its form of expression.Finally,through the absorption and reference to the United States,Germany and Japan about the advanced experience of higher education reform,and combined with the current actual situation in our country,I puts forward some positive suggestions.
