A Study On The Causes And Effects Of High Mobility Of Social Workers

At present,our country is in the critical period of social transformation,the construction of social governance model of social service diversification is imminent,and social work is the inevitable choice to promote the implementation of social governance model.However,the high mobility of social workers is the biggest obstacle to the development of the social work industry.Therefore,according to the current situation of social workers' mobility,it is of great importance to explore the causes of social workers' mobility and its practical impact,and thus to explore the way of social work development to meet the needs of the public social servicesThis article aims to arouse the attention of the society and the government to the high mobility of social workers,in order to promote social work better and faster to complete the localization of career development path.The author summarizes the situation of social workers'occupational mobility through the method of literature research,and takes the x social worker site in Chengdu as an example to study the workers and service objects involved through the method of field research.First,on the basis of the theory of social mobility,the direction of mobility of the staff of the x social worker site is divided,on this basis,the paper also explores the obstacles of social reality at the macro level,the institutional predicament at the medium level and the concrete influence of individual subjective factors of social workers at the micro level on the flow of social workers,summing up the negative impact of the high mobility of social workers on social workers,social work organizations and society through the content of interviews and the thoughts and feelings of participant observation,on the basis of the comprehensive causes and effects,the paper puts forward the preventive measures and countermeasures of high mobility in social work industry.The author hopes that this study can arouse social workers'consciousness of self-development,urge social work organizations to establish a standardized and effective management system,and create a social environment conducive to social work development.
