The social worker professional level test is the main important path for evaluating and selecting professional workers.Since its implementation in 2008,China's social worker professional level test has gone through 11 years.In the process,more and more people have become part of the social worker team by taking the test.The continuous growth of the social worker team is undoubtedly a great achievement in the professionalization of social work in China.However,while achieving achievements,the examination system has also been questioned in many aspects.Therefore,the study of the examination itself has positive significance in the development of the professional level evaluation system of social workers in China and the promotion of professionalization in China.This study takes the subject of social work practice(Junior)in the professional level examination of social workers in our country as the research object,and analyzes the content of the collected true texts from 2008 to 2017,and finally draws the following research results.:(1)The "Social Work Practice(Junior)" subject mainly covers 14 fields,such as the general process of social work practice,including the basic knowledge of practice,the characteristics of different groups of people,needs,working methods and skills.(2)Through these contents,the core competences of social workers' professional ethics,theoretical knowledge and practical skills are examined.Among the 800 questions collected,the number of topics for professional ethics is the least,accounting for only 1.6%of the total number of questions;the number of topics for theoretical knowledge is the most,accounting for about 62.2%of the total number of questions;It is also less,accounting for about 30%.It can be seen that the subject of "social work practice(Junior)" does not reflect the importance of professional ethics in social work practice.Mastering basic theoretical knowledge is the most basic requirement for social workers in this subject.At the same time,as the main test practice The subjects did not highlight the examination of practical ability.(3)The "Social Work Practice(Junior)" subject also implies requirements for other aspects of social workers'abilities,including the ability to remember,understand,apply,and test.(4)Over time,influenced by social policies and social issues,the content and capabilities of the subjects of Social Work Practice(Junior)have changed.The specific changes are reflected in the fact that the content of the survey has been expanded in scope,and the focus of the survey has changed in different years.Although the investigation of the core competence of social workers has gradually begun to emphasize the direction of practice,theoretical knowledge is still valued,and professional ethics Always ignored.Based on the above research results,this study believes that there are three problems in the subject of "social work practice(Junior)":(1)the lack of rationality in the examination of the core competence of social workers;(2)the examination questions and forms are too single to guarantee The effect of the examination;(3)the ability of the inspection to be disconnected from the actual situation.Three suggestions for this research are put forward:First,the subject of "social work practice(Junior)" should increase the investigation of professional ethics of social workers,and combine theory and practice;secondly,pass more tests.The form examines the capabilities of social workers.Finally,some first-line social workers should be added to the proposition group to ensure the correlation between the content of the investigation and the actual situation of the first-line social workers.
