Preschool education is the basic stage in a person's growth.It is of great significance not only to individuals and families,but also to the long-term development of the country and society.As the main role in the practice of preschool education,teachers are the key to preschool education,who play an important role in the process of children's enlightenment education.It is an important part in the construction of the public service system of preschool education in Binzhou city to improve the supply and quality of preschool teachers and optimize the allocation and structure of preschool teachers.At present,the number of kindergartens has dramatically increased,the scale of which has expanded due to the national policy.After the implementation of the universal two-child policy,the number of children has increased.People have an increasingly urgent demand for preschool teachers of high quality.In this situation we cannot but face up to the current demand for preschool teachers.Based on this case,this research first analyzes and forecasts the objective demand of preschool teachers in Binzhou city from 2019 to 2021 from the perspective of the prediction to school-age population at the preschool education stage in Binzhou city under the background of the universal two-child policy.Then investigates by questionnaire survey the parents' demand for preschool teachers in Binzhou city and analyzes the findings.Finally,it comes to the countermeasures to meet the demand of preschool teachers in Binzhou city.The one is to promote legislation on preschool education to guarantee the status and rights of preschool teachers.The second is to clarify the leading role of government responsibilities in the system construction and policy guarantee measurements to benefit the supply of preschool teachers,which can be carried out from three aspects: to build the pre-service training system,the qualification management system and the post-service training system of preschool teachers.The last one is to give full play to the complementary role of social forces in funding,teacher training,supervision and management.
