Preschool teachers are the first resources that affect the growth of children and the development of preschool education.China attaches great importance to the cultivation of excellent preschool teachers.Starting from the four dimensions of Marx’s human studies--"need","creative labor","social relations" and "personality",the author analyzes and penetrates the growth path of "excellent" preschool teachers with the help of the vivid deeds of preschool teacher models,which infuses new vigor and vitality for further enriching,deepening and expanding the study of Marx’s human studies.On the basis of objective dialectical analysis,this study clarifies the development rules and internal logic of the growth path of outstanding preschool teachers,guides them to realize the educational value of their own image,and promotes them to constantly improve themselves,thus providing successful examples for the growth of future preschool teachers.Based on above,this paper,on the theoretical basis of Marxist humanism,from the four dimensions of humanism,carries on the theoretical analysis of the deeds of the young teachers in the national model of teaching and educating people,follows the theory of practical generation,under the guidance of the thinking logic framework of Marxist humanism "need"-"creative labor"-"social relations"-"personality",and the author makes a "one-to-one correspondence" practical analysis and theoretical explanation of the growth path of outstanding preschool teachers from the four aspects of "promoting children’s development","paying equal attention to protection and education","harmonious environment with mutual affinity" and "special kindergarten".This paper picks out some preschool teachers’ deeds from national teaching models through using literature analysis and case analysis method,aims to explore the growth path of outstanding preschool teachers,and draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of needs,preschool teachers devote themselves to promoting children’s development;(2)From the perspective of creative labor,preschool teachers respect the law of education,pay attention to children’s dominant position,and pay equal attention to protection and education;(3)From the perspective of social relations,preschool teachers and children are in harmony,work together with parents,and help each other with colleagues;(4)From the perspective of personality,preschool teachers create characteristic environment,develop characteristic courses and form characteristic ideas.The organic unity of the four aspects,forming the outstanding growth path of the preschool teachers together.The outstanding preschool teachers generate in practice,which shows the ideological implication of Marx’s humanism.This study adheres to the combination of problem-oriented and goal-oriented,tries to explore the internal logic of the growth path of excellent preschool teachers based on the logical thinking mode of Marxist humanities,and creatively builds a clear framework to scientifically explain the origin and connotation of the image of excellent preschool teachers.
