The excessive academic burden of students has become an indisputable fact.Reducing the student's academic "burden" is not only an important work of the national education management department, but also a realistic demand of today's educational theorists,front-line teachers, and students.Scientific and reasonable homework design is a powerful way to achieve "burden reduction" for students.Current primary school math homework has problems such as a large amount of practice,a single format, and a lack of new content, which cannot meet the needs of students' homework differences and diversification. Why do these problems occur? The root cause is the lack of professional design at the source of the operation. The most prominent performance is that primary school mathematics teachers do not personally design homework for students, but just purchase or use a commercial "work package" or a complete "exercise book" of a so-called "famous school teacher".There is no doubt that only "famous" and lack of targeted homework can only increase the student's academic burden, and cannot achieve the purpose of consolidating and strengthening academic studies. To solve this problem,in addition to the compulsory requirements in the policy, primary school mathematics teachers designing homework is one of the ways to solve the problem of overburdened schoolwork. This research is based on the Bloom's educational goal taxonomy as the theoretical basis, and based on the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011 edition)" and students' cognitive development level.Framework to provide professional support to frontline primary school math teachers.Research indicates that the design of primary school math homework should include four elements: homework goals, content and structure of homework, homework preparation path, and homework evaluation. The study also pointed out that the design of primary school mathematics homework should follow the principles of science, life and development. In order to verify the theoretical framework and principles proposed in this study, this study conducted a two-month practical test, supplemented by questionnaires and interviews to verify the "Primary School Mathematical Design Framework and Principles".The study found that the design framework of primary school mathematics homework based on Bloom's educational goal taxonomy is scientific and feasible, and it can help primary school mathematics teachers design their homework scientifically and reasonably. In addition, the content of homework design meets the learning needs of students, which can reduce the learning burden of students, and promote primary school students' mathematics learning.
