At the early 21st century, China launched a series of basic education reform, aimed at changing long-standing process of teaching "course 'difficult, complex, partial, old and too much emphasis on book knowledge of the status quo." "Curriculum Framework" proposed a new philosophy of education. Under the guidance of the concept, the new curriculum standards that "knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values," the three-dimensional targets, with a view to promote the holistic development of students. But through the investigation, it is found that the majority of classroom teachers in actual teaching can not be a good implementation of the goals because "Curriculum Standards" statements of specific teaching objectives are rather vague, therefore, there are many problems the understanding of the teachers on three goals They need to target a more accurate definition of the concept, so that teachers in the teaching process can more easily reach the required level of control objectives.2001 version of Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives target from two dimensions - knowledge of latitude and the latitude to analyze the cognitive process, to clarify "what is worth learning," and the use classification of the teaching objectives, advance our goals understanding and action. The use of classification can be objective, teaching activities and evaluation system are put together to analyze the consistency of the three, thus improving the achievement of target levels. In order to facilitate the use of the theory of teacher or scholar to exchange and learn, Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives provides a general description of teaching vocabulary to facilitate the implementation of practical teaching and application.This study includes three parts: in the first part, 56 Edition taxonomy cognitive objectives is briefly described, focusing on description of the 2001 version of Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives theory. It is described in detail how to use the classification of goals and how to examine the classification table Objectives, teaching activities and evaluation's consistency. It is also described how to use Bloom s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives to explain three goals and "Physical curriculum standards" and discuss the necessity of introduction and the learning of the theory.In the second part, with the questionnaire survey, the "physics curriculum standards" in the "three-dimensional target" of the actual implementation of teaching is examined.In the third part, it is carefully described that the practical application of teaching cases of the 2001 version of Category Theory. 2001 Edition of the use of teaching cases classification theory investigates the degree of consistency the case of objectives, teaching activities and evaluation; and use Bloom's general theory of the development theory, to physics it can guide Teachers have been teaching the use of the theoretical analysis of case strengths and weaknesses, optimizing the purpose of teaching casesTherefore, whether teachers or researchers or program-makers, the Classification and forms will help them understand the curriculum, design education and design consistent with the objectives of the evaluation system, and ultimately improve the educational status quo and improve teaching quality .
