The Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives was popular in our country in 1980'. With this educational taxonomy, the educator created the instructional method orientated objectives. This instructional method has been put into practice widely. In 2001, the Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives has a revision. In the revision the objectives' structure is constituted of knowledge and cognitive process. The two aspects of objectives could construct a table, which could be used to category instructional objectives. The revised taxonomy is for learning, instructing and assessing.This thesis could be divided into four parts.Part I : Analyze the objectives in education, and the need to category the objectives.Part II: State the Bloom's Taxonomy of educational objectives and its revision. And state several other main taxonomy.Part III: Analyze the three-dimensional taxonomy of educational objectives, which is advanced in the curriculum reform.Part IV: Applying the revised taxonomy, analyze two teaching plans.The conclusion of this research:1. The revised taxonomy could be applied into the instructional design.2. The three-dimensional curriculum objectives could not instruct the instruction.3. According to the case analysis, it is proved that the revised Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives is easy to operate.
