Literacy teaching is the starting point of learning Chinese.In the past 15 years,the research on the teaching of primary literacy has made many noteworthy achievements.The main areas are as follows: research on the use of the teaching materials in primary schools,research on teaching methods,theories and technologies.In the specific case of teaching Chinese character writing,the researchers have focused on many respects such as meanings and functions of character teaching,pedagogical innovations,curricular development and research,instructional strategies,models and methods as well as the evaluation management systems.But so far,how to teach the Chinese new characters in the primary school is still a controversial subject.This study is carried out,based on Bloom’s education goal of taxonomy and the configuration principles of Chinese characters,according to Sue Version textbook of second-grade “Lesson 8:New Word Recognition as teaching design,in an ordinary primary schools in Haikou,selecting two parallel class students as subjects,in the way of the micro experiments.The traditional "review consolidate-lead in-teach new knowledge-practice-homework" structure was converted to Bloom’s “goal-activity-assessment” class structure.Highlighting the settlements of objectives in teaching preparation,the problems was pointed out and the professional way of problem solving was put forward,through the process of observation of the normal teaching plan and teaching activities.The findings of the research show that it has certain feasible measures to decompose literacy teaching goals on the basis of Bloom’s Taxonomy which can be used in literacy teaching design,carried out in literacy teaching,and most importantly can effectively answer to a certain extent what should be taught in literacy teaching(Knowledge of attributes.)and how to achieve the goal of literacy teaching(cognitive level).Bloom’s Taxonomy has been improved significantly and effectively in achieving the reconstruction of traditional literacy teaching design and applying a professional,systematic and structured approach to literacy teaching.
