In recent years,the problem of bullying in primary and secondary schools has occurred frequently,the number of bullying incidents in primary and secondary schools has been increasing,bullying means are becoming more and more cruel,pickling,beatings,public humiliation and so on,which seriously affect the normal teaching order of the school,as well as the personal safety,daily study and physical and mental health development of the students in the school.The problem of campus bullying has not only become the difficulty of school management,but also the focus of public attention.Therefore,the study of campus bullying is of great significance.In the case of campus bullying,junior high school students become a high incidence of bullying.This study focuses on campus bullying in ordinary junior middle schools.The present situation of campus bullying is investigated by means of observation,questionnaire and interview.This paper selects two ordinary junior middle schools in Yunnan and Shandong provinces,understands the present situation of campus bullying in the two schools,summarizes the causes and problems of campus bullying,thinks about campus bullying and puts forward its own suggestions,hoping to be helpful to improve the problem of campus bullying in junior middle school.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the reason of the topic,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research status of campus bullying at home and abroad,and determines the research methods of this paper.The second part is the definition of the basic concept of bullying on the campus,and introduces the relevant laws and regulations issued by our country in dealing with the bullying of the campus as well as the theoretical basis of supporting the bullying of the campus.The third part,through the survey and visit to the two general junior middle schools in Yunnan and Shandong,the general situation of two sample schools and thecurrent situation of the school bullying are described,and the design of the investigation and study is determined.According to the current situation of the bullying of the two primary schools in Yunnan and Shandong,The problems existing in the types,characteristics,causes,influences,and measures of the school bullying are determined,and the analysis is made as follows: the problem of the school bully,the bullies,the bystanders,the imperfection of the education of the family and the parents,the education of the school and the management of the school are not in place.The poor social factors and the lack of legal discipline.The fourth part,on the basis of the analysis of its problems and causes,put forward the suggestion that the bullying of the school should be clear from the legal point of law,the standard of the identification,the main body of responsibility,the management of the bystanders,the surrounding environment of the campus,the bad network information,and the public supervision consciousness;The head teacher should strengthen the moral,legal system,mental health education,the school to develop the safety management system of the school bullying,form a good family atmosphere in the family,the parents should change the bad education way,the students should form good behavior habit,establish the correct legal consciousness,Learn to deal with the relationship between the students correctly.In conclusion,most of the bullying in the ordinary primary secondary school in the present stage occurs in the middle and upper grades,the frequency of bullying among the boys is higher,the place where the bullying occurs is more hidden,the type of the bullying is various,the main reason is that the family education is not sufficient,the school management measures are insufficient,The negative effects of the individual's self-restraint are not conducive to the school culture and the physical and mental health of the students.Therefore,the social,school,family and individual should pay enough attention to the bullying of the campus,and put the school bullying into the daily management life.
