"Campus bullying" has been a long-lasting and universal phenomenon of primary middle school education in the world and even China.With the popularity of the 2019 movie "You're You",the phenomenon of bullying society on campus is once again highlighted in the public eye,which has aroused widespread concern and heated discussion in the society.If you let it go,the phenomenon of bullying on the campus will become more and more serious,and it will greatly harm the healthy growth of junior middle school students,which is enough to arouse the attention and thinking of all walks of life in the whole society.The junior high school students between 12 and 16 years old are at the age of cardamom,and are in the adolescence and rebellious period of life;they are in the period of physiological growth and change and the "weaning period" of semi-naive and semi-mature psychology,which is also the key to the growth of good psychological quality.period.Forty-two years of reform and opening up,with the deepening of the reform of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and the establishment and improvement of the socialist private education system with Chinese characteristics,a new type of nine-year compulsory private education has emerged and formed in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province School mode-private boarding junior middle school.Private boarding schools are currently widespread throughout the country,and all sectors of the society attach great importance to paying attention to and thinking about campus bullying in private boarding schools,which has important private educational significance and social practical significance.This article is mainly based on a questionnaire survey of 536 students in A Middle School,supplemented by interviews with 10 teachers and 2 dormitory administrators.From the perspective of social ecosystem,from the perspectiveof micro,meso and macro research,from individual students At the four levels of peer group,family,school,and society,it thoroughly analyzes the current situation of bullying in private boarding junior middle schools and the causes and countermeasures.The specific analysis is as follows: First,campus bullying and campus bullying are widespread.The time and place of campus bullying are mainly after school and toilets,which has great campus concealment.Second,the group objects,methods and methods of campus bullying: boys are more likely to be involved in campus bullying than girls,and seventh grade students are more likely to be involved in campus bullying;campus language bullying and relationship bullying are the main;campus bullying is caused by groups Bullying is the main method;methods and methods are complicated and difficult to judge.Third,the private boarding junior middle school teachers have a vague definition of the concept of campus bullying.It is difficult to understand and judge relational bullying on campus.Schools and teachers do not have a clear view of the attitude and attitude of campus bullying.Fourth,the methods and methods used by schools and teachers to solve campus bullying are simple and crude.The teacher education and training topics that actively respond to campus bullying are lacking.It is difficult for students to communicate with peer groups,families,schools,and society.To sum up,this article provides the original first-hand data for the research on the campus bullying in private boarding junior middle schools and the reasons for the bullying research on private boarding junior middle schools.Provide a theoretical basis for actively building a healthy,harmonious and warm private boarding school junior high school campus.In this paper,from the perspective of the social ecosystem,from the micro,meso and macro perspectives,from the perspective of the relationship between individual students and peer groups,family,school,and society,the social work is involved in the bullying of private boarding junior middle schools.Countermeasures: The first social work is embedded to actively improve thequality of students: social workers actively guide the fusion of values of knowledge and action,social workers actively guide the cultivation of correct perceptions,social workers actively encourage students to be friendly and tolerant,Social workers actively explore student highlights.The second social work is embedded in actively building a good peer group relationship: social workers actively cultivate the correct way of peer communication,and social workers actively build peer support systems.The third social work is embedded to promote the improvement of family functions: social workers actively participate in reforming family upbringing methods,social workers actively participate in strengthening family education,and social workers actively participate in improving parents' sensitivity to school bullying.The fourth social work actively participates in the innovation of the relevant system of responding to campus bullying in private boarding junior middle schools: social workers actively participate in the three-level management system of prevention-response-rehabilitation,social workers actively help teachers,and social workers actively enrich campus culture In life,social workers actively innovate "learning + social" cooperation,and social workers actively strengthen dormitory management responsibilities.Fifth social work is actively embedded in expanding community resources and creating a social and cultural environment: social workers correctly guide the mass media,social workers actively promote "society + social" cooperation,social workers actively participate in the joint construction and co-governance and sharing of
