The high incidence of campus bullying attracts intense attention by international community.Premier Li Keqiang,at the executive meetings of the State Council in April 2017,highlighted that an effective mechanism should be established to prevent and control campus bullying,the early detection,intervention and suppression should be conducted to bullying and violence,and the act with flagrant extent,brutal means or serious circumstances must be punished in accordance with the law.As there is a rather complex formation mechanism in its occurrence,campus bullying cannot only be prevented and corrected by administrative force completely.Thus,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the occurrence regularity of campus bullying based on schools,describe and analyze the status and problems of campus bullying from the actual state of school,and further put forward countermeasures and suggestions for bullying prevention and cure,which can be conducive to contain the occurrence and spread of campus bullying,construction harmonious campus,and further promote the physical and mental health of primary and middle school students.This paper consists of six parts,each part is organized as follows.First,introduction,which describes the background,purpose and significance,concept definition,design and process of this study.Second,the literature review,which combs theoretical and practical literature of campus bullying at home and abroad,and further comments existing studies.Third,campus bullying status of the sample school,which makes description from both the overall situation and internal diversity of campus bullying to analyze the occurrence regularity of campus bullying.The fourth part,campus bullying coping study of the sample school,which makes description from prevention,control and disposition of campus bullying to make a comprehensive analysis of the problems and causes of campus bullying prevention and cureat school.The fifth part,countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the school and according to the campus bullying status and coping of the sample school,this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for effective campus bullying prevention,which including the construction of anti-bullying ideological line,the integrity of anti-bullying prevention and control system,the perfection of the victim intervention mechanism and the intensification of the bully disposal mechanism.The sixth part,study summary and reflection,which discusses the innovation and deficiency of this study,and further proposes the prospects of research.
