the Chinese nation.We must give high priority to education,speed up the modernization of education,and ensure that the people are satisfied with education.We must fully implement the party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,develop quality-oriented education,promote equity in education,and train socialist builders and successors who are emphasizes the imperative of curriculum reform,and determines that the reform of classroom teaching is the core of education reform.According to the situation of PE teaching in China and the implementation of teaching reform,PE scholars in China have conducted a lot of research on new teaching methods,such as PBL teaching method,grasp teaching method,guided inquiry learning method,hierarchical teaching method,process teaching method and situational case teaching method.By reading literature materials and consulting physical education teaching methods in cnk.com and library of yunnan normal university,this paper conducts PBL teaching experiment and USES PBLteaching method in basketball,tennis and cheerleading for reference.This paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the PBL teaching method theory and the requirements of physical education teaching method,and summarizes and explores the research that is suitable for basketball general course.In this paper,PBL teaching method is applied to basketball general course in higher vocational colleges,aiming at discussing the teaching effect of PBL teaching method in basketball general course teaching,and making a beneficial attempt to improve teaching quality and cultivate students' comprehensive ability.The PBL teaching method was studied by means of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.The experimental subjects were 34 and 35 students from two classes of grade 2018 in yunnan forestry vocational and technical college,which were divided into experimental class and control class.According to the selected teaching contents of basketball teaching,PBL teaching method was adopted for students in the experimental class and traditional teaching method for students in the control class.After the end of the teaching experiment,the following conclusions were drawn through statistical analysis of the students' sports performance,physical quality,self-confidence,positive initiative,cooperative consciousness and communication ability,as well as their ability to discover,analyze and solve problems:1.After the teaching experiment,the physical quality of the two classes was tested,and P > 0.05 was obtained by SPSS17.0 analysis.There was no significant difference in physical fitness between the two classes,and PBL teaching method had little effect on physical fitness.2.After the teaching experiment,the basketball skills of the two classes were tested,and P < 0.05 was obtained by SPSS17.0 analysis,which indicated that the basketball skills of the experimental class and the control class(shooting outside the restricted area in one minute,walking around the figure of 8 for the basket)had significant differences.In addition,the average score of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,indicating that PBL teaching method can better improve students' basketball skills than traditional teaching method.3.After the teaching experiment,the comprehensive qualities(problem findingand solving ability,cooperation and communication ability,positive initiative and confidence ability)of the students in the two classes were tested,and P < 0.05 was obtained by SPSS17.0 analysis.This shows that there is a significant difference in the comprehensive quality between the experimental class and the control class.Moreover,the comprehensive quality of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,which indicates that the PBL teaching method can better improve the comprehensive quality of students compared with the traditional teaching method. |
