To meet the health needs of physically disadvantaged groups and promote physical education fairness,the research mainly adopted questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.The research took Changchun universities as an example to investigate the development status of physical education curriculum for the physically disadvantaged groups,to summarize the problems to be solved in the course construction.Then,a systematic and scientific adaptive physical education curriculum system and the guarantee mechanism was designed to support the smooth development of the curriculum.The conclusion is as follows:(1)Taking Changchun city universities as an example,this paper investigated the current situation of physical education courses for the physically disadvan taged groups.After questionnaire survey and field visit,the following conclusions could be drawn: The curriculum system needed to be improved.There were great differences between schools in teaching content and performance assessment.Teachers had strong comprehensive application ability of teaching methods,but less use of information means.The teaching resources of this course needed to be expanded.The overall structure of teachers' education and professional titles was reasonable.The number of teachers in some universities was insufficient and the specialty was not strong.The teaching materials were not equipped adequately.The teaching environment of this course needed to be optimized.All universities had not built facilities suitable for the physically disadvantaged groups.The class size setting was not reasonable enough,which was not conducive to the establishment of a positive and harmonious emotional environment.(2)Based on the four theories which included life education,constructivist psychology and others,the research combined the six principles which included object-orientation,active adaptation and others to build an adaptive physical education curriculum system: The curriculum objectives of improving individual health and promoting human socialization were established.Human resources,curriculum materials,network platform and other teaching resources were quipped.Barrier-free material environment and harmonious interactive emotional environment were designed.Eight curriculum implementation strategies were adopted,such as ledger teaching and flipped classroom teaching.Barrier-free hardware environment and harmonious interactive emotional environment were designed.Delphi method was adopted to establish a curriculum content index system that attaches equal importance to practical teaching and theoretical teaching.5 kinds of curriculum implementation strategies were flexibly used,such as ledger teaching and sports department teaching.A curriculum evaluation index system focusing on the three-dimensional life health of physically disadvantaged groups was established by using analytic hierarchy process,and the overall ranking of criterion level:health physical fitness(0.3174)>technical skills(0.1887)>psychol ogical fitness(0.1820)>theoretical knowledge(0.1686)>sports participation(0.1433).(3)The guarantee mechanism of universities adaptive physical education curriculum system included four aspects: The management system jointly managed by the curriculum management team,the student leaders of the department and the university's cooperative hospital,was improved to establish the guarantee of organizational structure.The four systems including curriculum planning,teaching monitoring and others were equipped to form the guarantee of manage ment system.The establishment of special physical education specialties and the encouragement of the existing teachers training provided a guarantee of human resources.By optimizing the configuration of hardware facilities,developing the network information platform and increasing the incentive of teachers' remuneration,the fund allocation guarantee is strengthened.
