Research objective:Through Taekwondo character experiment,the physical quality and mental health of college students with weak physique are tested and intervened,such as physical shape,sports quality,cardiopulmonary function and psychological factors such as somatization,obsessive compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety and paranoia.Research aims to improve the physical and mental health level of physically disadvantaged students,and provide theoretical basis for the physical education activities.Research method:The study selected 40 physically disadvantaged college students as research samples and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group.Participants in the experimental group received taekwondo character training intervention.The intervention effect of taekwondo character training was analyzed based on the results of cardiopulmonary function,physical fitness,and mental health tests before and after the experiment,combined with changes in students’ physical fitness indicators before and after the taekwondo character training experiment and changes in psychological indicators based on the SCL-90 scale,Exploring the impact of Taekwondo character training on physical form changes,physical fitness improvement,and mental health of physically disadvantaged college students.Research results:1.Taekwondo character training make positive effects on the cardiopulmonary function of 20 students(male and female)in the experimental group.The changes of vital capacity index of male are more significant than female.2.The experimental group lags behind the control group in the growth rate of the indicators of speed.3.The growth rates of single-legged closed-eyed standing test(SCST),sit-and-reach,were significantly higher than that of the control group;The increase and change of cross quadrant jump index in the experimental group is better than that in the control group;The difference between the experimental group and the control group in the change rate of grip strength index is the smallest.4.After the experimental intervention of Taekwondo character teaching,the overall incidence of psychological problems of the students in the college physical health course is decreasing,and the number of students with mild psychological problems and more than medium psychological problems has decreased significantly after the 12-week teaching experimental intervention,and the detection rate of the two scores shows a significant decline.Research conclusion:1.Taekwondo character teaching intervention can significantly improve the balance and stability quality,coordination and sensitivity quality of college students in the physical health class,as well as the flexibility quality of the muscles and joints of the trunk and lower limbs.2.By the unique power generation mode,Taekwondo character movement can improve the upper limb strength of college students in physical health class.3.Taekwondo products are likely to help students overcome negative psychological states and promote their mental health and development. |
