With the enlargement of college enrollment in China, the students of the disadvantaged groups in Colleges and universities,i.e.physical disability,illness,post-operative rehabilitation, unqualified physical examination, overweight or obesity and insufficient students, account for a considerable proportion. In order to implement the concept of inclusive education, promote the reform of physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities, build a fair and harmonious campus, promote the implementation of the healthy China 2030 plan and the process of a well-off society in an all-round way,pay attention to the physical health of the disadvantaged groups in Colleges and universities, and carry out the Research on the physical health promotion of this group has strong social value and significance.Based on Green's health model, this paper uses the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires and experiments to carry out the intervention research on the physical health promotion of the disadvantaged groups in Colleges and universities.By random sampling method,186 students of Ningxia University who met the definition of the Physical Vulnerable Group in this paper were selected as the intervention objects,of which 93 were in the control group and 93 in the experimental group. After the early diagnosis, the control group did not intervene. The experimental group did intervene for three months. The main intervention measures were to give lectures on physical fitness and health knowledge, guide students to arrange daily diet, exercise and rest, fill in weight, diet, exercise and work-rest forms according to the requirements every day,and submit them once a week. The intervention team gave timely intervention according to personal records.Guidance.During the experiment,self-designed questionnaires, quality of life scale, body self-esteem scale, and physical indicators of height, weight, grip strength, standing with one leg closed eyes and reaction time were used to obtain information and related data before and after intervention. The specific results are as follows:the basic information characteristics of the experimental subjects are as follows:the proportion of female students is slightly higher than that of male students, accounting for 54.84%of the total number and 45.16%of the total number of male students;the distribution of age groups,19-20 years old students are the most, reaching 52.96%,17-18 years old students are the least, accounting for only 19.35%;ethnic minority students account for a larger proportion of the experimental subjects, accounting for a larger proportion.52.69%of the total number, and 47.31%of the total number of Han students. There was no significant difference in the scores of all dimensions of quality of life, among which the first three were energy dimension, emotional role dimension and mental health dimension;the last three were health status dimension, social function dimension and physical pain dimension. The proportion of students taking medicine was 67.74%,which was much higher than that of students not taking medicine.Among them,5.38%took medicine for a long time,24.73%took drugs for respiratory and digestive diseases,16.13%took drugs, and 8.6%took neurotranquilizers.50.1%of the students had history of diseases,of which 12.90%suffered from allergic diseases and 24.73%suffered from respiratory diseases;45.16%suffered from family diseases and 34.41%suffered from cardiopulmonary diseases. In terms of diet, work and rest, and sports, the overall performance is relatively poor, the diet does not attach importance to breakfast, there is a phenomenon of snacks instead of staple food;irregular work and rest, often staying up late students account for 31.31%;lack of initiative, random exercise,no exercise intensity, load concept, single fitness project, mainly walking, jogging. In terms of students'inclination factors, they lack health knowledge, poor self-management consciousness, and lack of healthy behaviors in diet, exercise, work and rest In terms of contributing factors, students do not grasp basic health management methods and skills;lack of school sports venues and equipment;poor quality of canteen meals, poor environment;no other physical health resources can be used except physical education;doctors'advice on diet, exercise and rest is too general to be implemented.Strengthened factors, roommates and parents can not give poor students physical health promotion behavior correction or encouragement, that is to say,the health promotion of vulnerable groups has not yet formed a joint force model.According to the intervention analysis, the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Enriching the content of physical health courses to stimulate students'interest in learning;schools should not only educate the students of the physically disadvantaged groups in physical theory, but also educate them in rehabilitation sports skills;they should timely compile physical health textbooks for the students of the physically disadvantaged groups;they should also start with the theory of physical culture and turn to the physically disadvantaged students. To impart the theoretical knowledge of sports health care,so as to enhance students'awareness of self-worth,establish self-confidence in sports participation of physically disadvantaged students, enhance their subjective initiative in sports learning,(2)build a teaching model of integration of physical education and medicine, and establish a reasonable evaluation system;(3)pay attention to students' individual differences, and build a new model of mobile information teaching;teachers can; This paper attempts to use "flip classroom" and "wisdom classroom" to conduct online and offline interactive teaching with students with physical disadvantage in order to guide students with physical disadvantage to study physical education in and out of class.Let the physical disadvantaged groups of students can also use the network, through micro-lessons,Mu-lessons,Weixin,QQ and micro-blog channels for sports learning.
