Modern and contemporary Chinese prose teaching is an important carrier for improving the quality of Chinese teaching in middle schools and realizing students 'emotional attitudes and aesthetic education.This article takes the problem of prose teaching in reality as a starting point,which leads to the question of what teachers should "teach" and students should "learn" in the real classroom,returning to the basic point of the characteristics of the prose text,and then taking people The distribution of modern and contemporary prose in the textbooks and the characteristics of the selected essays are analyzed based on the in-depth exploration of the connotation and significance of prose teaching,and finally provide practical strategies for practical prose teaching.The purpose of this article is to call on modern and contemporary prose teaching to return to the text itself,encourage teachers and students to become high-level readers of prose texts,complete the reconstruction of text meaning in reading,and realize the true value of prose teaching.This article consists of the following five parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the research origin,research purpose,research ideas,research methods of this article and the concept definition of modern and contemporary prose as the subject of this article.Chapter one discusses the characteristics of prose texts with the help of knowledge of acceptance aesthetics,modern and contemporary literature,linguistics,etc.,in order to achieve the purpose of research on returning to texts.The second chapter combines the educational objectives of the newcurriculum standard and the People's Education Edition of the middle school Chinese textbooks to creatively interpret the selected texts,clarifying their distribution in the textbooks and the characteristics of the selected texts.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the status quo and problems of modern and contemporary prose teaching in middle school Chinese,and explores the reasons for it,which is the basis for the practical teaching strategies proposed below.The fourth chapter relies on the relevant knowledge of Chinese pedagogy to give teaching cases,which will provide a practical solution for the teaching of modern and contemporary Chinese prose in middle schools.
