The demand for talents in the information age has significantly changed the talents training mode and instruction mode in the education field.Because the education field have started to focus on the cultivation of innovative and personalized talents,instruction should pay more attention to students' differentiated cultivation.The senior high school stage is the key stage for students' independent development and personality formation,which is of special significance to cultivate personalized talents.Through literature research and information technology classroom observations in senior high school,it can be found that some teachers still use the "one-size-fits-all" approach in almost every section,which results in difficulties for some students to achieve their learning goals and for the other students to find the learning contents too easy.Such situation leads to the serious polarization of students' information technology level and low interest in learning.Information technology provides an environment and resources to change the pedagogy,and improve the efficiency to solve these problems.For example,micro-lecture,as a kind of digital learning resource,has the characteristics of short content,pertinence,operability,and easy control,which can improve students' differentiated learning.Based on the learner-centered principle,according to the instructional design theory,differentiated instructional theory,mastery of learning theory,the audio-visual education theory,the dynamic learner layering principle,the invisible layering principle,the special attention principle,and the guarantee principle are put forward in this research,the layering strategies are designed,implemented and verified.The research found that the layered instructional strategy with micro-lecture can improve students' academic performance,reduce the achievement gap among students,stimulate students' interest in learning,increase classroom participation and cultivate students' independent learning competence,so that allstudents can be benefit from the strategies.Based on the layered instruction strategy with micro-lecture,this study can enrich the differentiated pedagogy theory in the informational environment,providing references for information technology teachers to carry out layered instruction.
