With the deepening of national emphasis on the stage of basic education and the continuous downward popularization of science and technology,more and more people realize the importance of training talents in basic education.Under the background of rapid changes in science and technology and deeply integrating of information technology and social life,developing programming education in stage of basic education becomes a way of training future talents.On the one hand,basic education is the foundation of education.As the reserve talents for the future social development,teenagers are in a state of infinite potential.Developed countries such as Europe and the United States have issued documents on training programming education for primary and secondary school students,even bring "programming education" into compulsory courses of primary and secondary schools.On the other hand,under the promotion of the European Union,OECD and other international organizations,all countries have established the curriculum system centering on the key competencies and ability of students.In 2014,the Ministry of Education proposed the development of key competencies of students in each grade.exploration of key competencies inquiry is more conducive to students' mastery of programming skills.Therefore,on the basis of the current situation of information ability training during basic education in our country,this research will build a teaching model of programming course from the meaning and feasibility of programming ablity traring,the starting point of how to train students' programming ability and how to judge that students have mastered these skills.The research adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,action research method and other research methods.First of all,the relevant literature on primary school programming education curriculum and ability development at home and abroad was investigated and collected,and sorted out to understand the status of primary and secondary school programming at home and abroad.Secondly,investigate the situation of students learning programming education on campus,and learn about the students' cognitive cognitive approach and knowledge and skills.On the basis of the research in the above aspects,combined with relevant theories suitable for students,construct a teaching model for programming courses and improve the evaluation system for programming in primary schools.In order to verify the effect of teaching mode,a series of teaching activities are designed to explore the teaching mode of programming course in the real programming learningenvironment.Through the three stages of learning,which are the introduction stage,graphical programming and the coding stage,to promote the training and development of learners' programming related abilities.The main results are as follows: First,infiltrating programming into primary schools has promoted the programming learning experience for primary school students.Second,the teaching mode of primary school programming course based on key competencies is constructed.Third,an evaluation system is proposed for six abilities including programming knowledge,information iterative ability,programming technical ability,algorithmic ability,awareness of innovation and cooperation,and rigorous and scientific learning habits.Fourth,the teaching practice based on the key competencies to cultivate the teaching model of primary school programming curriculum is effective.
