Graphical programming software emphasizes the expression of programming code in the form of simple building block controls.Students only need to select,drag and combine the corresponding module building blocks to realize script operation and work creation.It has a certain research value for the improvement of students' learning interest and the cultivation of innovation and practice ability.Due to its characteristics of easy operation,visualization and stimulating learners' creative potential,the field of primary and middle school education in China has launched an upsurge of programming teaching since 2012,paying attention to the cultivation of students' programming skills and the improvement of innovative practical ability.However,in the current development of graphical programming learning activities in primary and middle schools,more opportunities are provided for students to contact programming knowledge,teachers talking about students' imitation mainly.This teaching method focuses on technical communication,ignores students' ability of independent design,innovative practice,and the importance of learning methods,while design thinking can provide a new perspective.It has a mature model and a series of diversified and operable tool strategies,which provides strong guidance for graphical programming.Therefore,this study will quote the methodology of design thinking into the graphical programming learning activities in primary school to help students master programming knowledge and skills better and enhance their creativity.Firstly,this study summarizes the research status and design thinking model of graphical programming teaching and design thinking at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,and puts forward the theoretical framework of graphical programming learning supported by design thinking by analyzing situationism,constructivism learning theory and activity theory;Secondly,by analyzing the feasibility of the role of design thinking in graphical programming learning activities from the aspects of learning subject,learning goal and learning environment,this paper constructs the design framework of graphical programming learning activities supported by design thinking,and develops a specific case design with the theme of maze game according to the design framework,and explains the activity links in detail in the case;Finally,an empirical study is conducted.This study takes two parallel classes with the same starting level as the research object.The experimental class uses the research design framework for practice,and the control class uses the traditional graphical programming teaching for practice.By analyzing the students' learning motivation,learning attitude,creativity level and students' process knowledge evaluation before and after the experiment,combined with the interview content to verify the effectiveness of this research design.The results show that the design of graphic programming learning activities in primary schools supported by the design thinking model is effective,which can improve students' learning effect significantly,and also play a positive role in improving students' learning attitude and learning motivation.The process of learning activities is more interesting,loved and supported by students,and is more conducive to the divergence of students' creative thinking.It is helpful to improve the level of students' creativity.
