"A hundred-year plan,education-oriented;education plan,teacher-oriented." The key to the success or failure of the new curriculum reform lies in teachers.Therefore,teachers' professional development research is particularly important in the context of the current new curriculum reform.This article will investigate the teachers 'professional development of the five primary schools in Wafangdian City,and use literature,questionnaires and interviews to understand the current professional development of teachers in the school,and analyze the existing problems and reasons.According to the theoretical significance and practical needs,we propose solutions to promote the research and development of primary school Chinese teachers' professional knowledge and abilities.The introduction of this article will summarize the research background,meaning,purpose,ideas and related research at home and abroad;Chapter 2 summarizes the related theoretical analysis of educational disciplines and related professional knowledge from the perspective of theoretical knowledge;The Chinese teachers and students of the five primary schools in Dianshi are the research object,and the status of the professional knowledge and professional ability of the Chinese teachers are clarified.Problems;finally,in Chapter 5,make countermeasures and suggestions for their existing problems.
