Schoolwork correction is an important part of language teaching.It is an important way for novice teachers to expert teachers to learn to modify the experience,to improve their schoolwork correction ability.According to the literature,it is found that there are lots of articles about the subject of homework correction,but most of them are the experience of the first-line teachers,and the research on the revision of the job from the perspective of expert teachers and novice teachers is less.The study is based on constructivist learning theory and knowledge learning theory.And the research is based on questionnaire,interview,literature survey,physical investigation and classroom observation.The study on the revision of written language in primary school high section includes the revision of the written notes,symbols,methods,feedback,effect,and the revision of Chinese assignments in different types.The results of the survey show that the Chinese language homework review comments highlights the humanistic care,but the evaluation method is single;the expert teacher's understanding of the comment is more profound;the expert teacher's comment is more effective.The correction symbols of Chinese homework are gradually diversified,but inconsistent with the student's desire;the job modification symbol affects the student's mood.Batch surface effect is better,but the students will be nervous,and time-consuming;expert teachers have a deeper understanding of the students self-approved operations;Assignment takes into account the students'congnition and emotion,but the expert teacher is more in place;job correction classification and record has become one of the daily work of teachers.Teachers pay attention to the students' homework correcting error feedback.Both expert teachers and novice teachers take into account the "quality and quantity" on the homework feedback,but the expert teacher's job correction feedback more artistic,expert teacher class students better feedback on correcting homework;The phenomenon of students repeat mistakes is existence,but the expert teacher class students' error repeated phenomenon is relatively less.There is a promotion both to the teaching of teachers and the studying of students of job correction.Different types of assignments focus on different aspects of the implementation.It is implementing the "bottom does not cover the top" principle on the schoolwork correction.Composition correction of higher grades of primary school is the hardest works in Chinese schoolwork correction.Through the in-depth analysis of the results of the survey,the researcher made recommendations from three aspects of school,teachers,parents,to improve the Chinese revision in Higher Grades of Primary School,and the novice teachers' job correction ability.This study aims to improve the effectiveness of Chinese schoolwork corrections and to help novice teachers of primary school get the tacit knowledge of homework corrections as soon as possible,as well as through the optimization of job correction to promote students to better study.
