A Research On The Improvement Of "Dual Tutor" Team Building In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Context Of Modern Apprenticeship

With the deepening of reform and development of vocational education,The demand for high-level technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of industrial development is becoming increasingly prominent.In the new period,the reform of Modern Apprenticeship is a deepening of the reform of talents training mode in vocational education in China.For this reason,Modern Apprenticeship has gradually become a hot spot in the vocational education system in recent years.How to build a high-quality "dual tutor" team is one of the key issues to successfully implement Modern Apprenticeship.In some western developed countries which implement the Modern Apprenticeship,cooperation between school teachers and enterprise teachers are extremely praised,so as to improve the overall teaching level and quality of school teaching.It can be said that team-based teaching and research has become an internationally recognized practice.Based on Belbin's Team Role Theory,this study focuses on the team building of "dual tutor" in Modern apprenticeship,adopts questionnaire,interview,comparative research and case study methods,analyze the problems existing in the team building of "dual tutor" in Guangdong G College.Meanwhile,drawing on the Experience in the team building of "dual tutor" in western developed countries like German and Australian,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the team building of "double tutors" in Modern Apprenticeship.Firstly,we should formulate scientific objective of "dual tutor" team.Only by establishing effective team objective can we programme a specific implementation plan.The second is to build an efficient culture of "dual tutor" team.We can strengthen the collaborative interaction among team members by guiding their behaviors.The third is to adjust and optimize the structure of "dual tutor" team.Team members are clarified the roles and responsibilities by establishing a complementary structure.Fourthly,we should set up a positive and effective external environment for the "dual tutor" team.Through the incentive measures of college,enterprise,industry and government,we can provide an conducive institutional environment to cultivate the "dual tutor" team in Modern Apprenticeship.
