With the rapid development of Internet technology,traditional media began to transform comprehensively since 2014.The "first year of integration" of China's media development not only brought a huge impact on the media industry,but also profoundly affected the daily operation of individuals and organizations in society.Therefore,the education of news communication talents is faced with the problem of adapting to the transformation of media technology.By using the methods of literature,qualitative analysis and case study,the research is carried out from several dimensions,such as the orientation of talent training,the setting of curriculum links,the resources of media industry,the construction of experimental platform,the form of practical teaching,and the situation of teaching staff.It is found that the cultivation of News Communication Talents in Jiangxi undergraduate colleges and universities,and the cultivation of News Communication Talents in most domestic colleges and universities In the same way,it emerged from a relatively single media pattern dominated by traditional media such as radio,television and newspapers in the early years.Under the background of media integration,there are some problems in the practice teaching of Journalism and communication: first,the form of practice teaching is more important than the content;second,the practice teaching based on the environment of media integration is less;third,the experimental teaching facilities to adapt to media integration are backward;Fourth,the methods and models of practice teaching are old;fifth,the lack of practice teaching teachers.These problems show that the development of Journalism and communication teaching generally lags behind the demand for talents in the media industry,and becomes a short board for the cultivation of innovative journalism and Communication Talents in the era of all media.The main reasons are as follows:(1)under the environment of media integration,the practical teaching of news media is not paid enough attention;(2)under the background of media integration,the curriculum of practical teaching is not reasonable;(3)under the background of media integration,the practical teaching resources are short;(4)under the background of media integration,the practical teaching methods are solidified;(5)the professional teachers who are strong in theory and weak in practice.In view of the current situation and problems of the practical teaching ofJournalism and communication major,this study analyzes the current situation of the practical teaching of Journalism and communication major in Y College from the perspective of pedagogy,starting from the background of media integration and the demand of media talent market in the era of all media,and analyzes the Enlightenment of the practical teaching for the success of Y College: to enhance the understanding and attach importance to the educational theory On the combination with educational practice;accurate positioning,the establishment of multi-level,three-dimensional framework system;optimization process,step-by-step implementation of the system;improve the mechanism,multi-level dynamic development effect evaluation.
