Education equity is the foundation of fair society,and compulsory education is the first thing in people's livelihood.The government should guarantee the basic rights of all school-age children and adolescents,which is the basic public service in society welfare.It is the basic cause of current economic social development and getting rid of poverty.Compulsory education is the priority among education priorities work.YUNNAN province is the poor rural and frontier areas where many minorities live.There are significant spatial differences among the allocation of compulsory education resources in YUNNAN,which disequilibrium problem of compulsory education resource space allocation have seriously restrict equity and educational modernization.It belongs to the short board which is effecting of regional economic and social development.The optimization of space allocation about compulsory education resource in YUNNAN province is the key which will achieve to the balanced development of compulsory education leading to improve the quality of the population.The key job has important role and significance to promote the modernization of education development.The research about space allocation of compulsory education resource in YUNNAN province is to solve the problem of low-lying land and the short board of space allocation of compulsory education resource.It is not only the key to realize the integration development of urban and rural education,but also the vital process to promote the overall progress in the poor rural and frontier Minorities inhabited areas.This study analyzes the changes of compulsory education resource space configuration from 2011 to 2016 in YUNNAN Province,and explores respectively the spatial differences about space allocation of compulsory education from state to counties.Because the management authority of compulsory education lays on the counties,the study uses the space and education data about 129 counties in YUNNAN province in 2016 by compulsory education resources allocation evaluation index system,which is made by the application of theoretical research and the correlation test.The space and education data are gathered by three points,such as compulsory education needs in region and corresponding education resource allocation and the meet level of compulsory education needs,and sets up the related database.The study measures the relevant indicators,analysis the spatial differences and spatial relations of compulsory education resources distribution in view of counties space,and applies into R hierarchical clustering of compulsory education resources allocation and points out education space division through mathematical statistic method and GIS spatial analysis.It shows the spatial pattern of resource allocation of compulsory education combined with the facts and analyzes the problems according to the present first hand information.This study analyzes the relationships among compulsory education needs in counties including geographical location,population base,national foundation,economic foundation,and policy basis and resource allocation of compulsory education in counties which is configured in order to meet the demands and the degree of meeting the demands consisting of enrollment rate,dropout rates and acceptance rate in counties.It discovers the main influencing factors which leading to the situation and questions of compulsory education resource space configuration such as geographical location,population base,national foundation,economic foundation,and policy basis through the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis about education statistics and spatial data combined with the research carried out by the forum,interviews to collect first-hand information in YUNNAN Province.ON the basis of analysis between the problems and main factors about space allocation of compulsory education resources,are putted forward by the optimized regulation viewpoints of space allocation of compulsory education resource relating to clear the guiding ideology,basic principle,optimization control scheme and its security mechanism,and pointed out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
