The Influence Of China's Compulsory Education Resource Allocation Ability On The Development Of Compulsory Education

Since the reform and opening up,the serious situation of the gap in the allocation level of compulsory education resources in our country is still worsening,and has had a bad influence and harm on the social development of our country.Therefore,narrowing and eliminating the gap in the allocation level of compulsory education resources has become an urgent task for the development of compulsory education and social development in China.At present,most researches only analyze the gap from the perspective of input and output of compulsory education resources,which is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,from the perspective of compulsory education resource allocation ability,this paper analyzes the situation of compulsory education resource allocation ability and its influence on the development of compulsory education.In the research,it is found that there are few researches on the ability of compulsory education resource allocation.Therefore,after referring to other related research,this paper makes the following definitions of compulsory education resource allocation ability: compulsory education resource allocation ability is within a certain area of the government.Combined with the actual situation of the region,the ability to use and integrate compulsory education resources to create multiple benefits such as economy and society is a comprehensive manifestation of the intensity,structure,performance and environment of compulsory education resources.This article is based on the connotation and structure of the compulsory education resources allocation ability,from four angles on the current situation of compulsory education resources allocation capacity are analyzed,and found that intensity of resource allocation in growing in recent years,the allocation of resources to entrepreneurship spending structure adjustment of allocation of resources results in increasing,and the allocation of resources of social environment,the government's emphasis on compulsory education to maintain high and society has also been support private education,but giving support for compulsory education in the fall.Then it constructs the evaluation index system of compulsory education resource allocation ability,and analyzes it with principal component analysis method,and then analyzes the current situation of compulsory education resource allocation ability of various provinces and cities in China.After that,the panel model is used to analyze the impact of resource allocation ability of compulsory education on the development of compulsory education.It is found that the improvement of resource allocation abilityof compulsory education can promote the development of compulsory education.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward some Suggestions to improve the ability of allocating resources in compulsory education.
