Big data talents are the foundation and support for the development of big data industry.It is imperative to train big data talents at different levels of schools to meet the needs of big data application development and service for different levels of big data talents.Secondary vocational school as the school of training skilled talents,also shoulder the responsibility of cultivating big data talents.This paper studies the feasibility of setting the direction of big data in category of computer major in secondary vocational schools to meet the needs of low-level talents in the big data industry,that to meet the needs of low-level talents in the big data industry,and provide reference for secondary vocational schools to expand the way of big data talent training.This study combines field study and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on big data enterprises,understand the current post structure of big data companies and the needs of enterprises for big data talents,and explore the big data posts suitable for secondary vocational school students.The survey results show that the post structure of big data enterprises will gradually standardize and improve with the development of big data.It is necessary for the current big data enterprises to set up two basic posts: data processing and data visualization display.According to the needs of enterprises,this study investigates some representative secondary vocational schools,analyzes their computer major Settings and professional training programs,teachers and students' professional qualities,and probes into the current situation of computer major and the knowledge and skills of students.Based on the above research,this paper discusses the feasibility of setting the direction of data processing and data visualization display in category of computer major in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: job demand,the matching degree of job skill requirements with students in secondary vocational schools,basic courses of computer majors and the direction of students' employment.The conclusion is that it is feasible to set the direction of big data in category of computer major in secondary vocational schools,and the specific construction plan is given.
