"People-oriented" is the original state of education and a consensus on the return of educational value worldwide.Cheng Hongbing has been engaged in language teaching since 1982.It is one of the few educators who have been adhering to the front line of teaching since becoming a principal."People-oriented" is the starting point for his thinking about Chinese teaching.Cheng Hongbing is a pure educator and a practitioner of the "people-oriented" educational philosophy.This thesis is guided by the "people-oriented" educational concept,taking Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thoughts and educational practices as the research object,and examining Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thoughts and practices from the perspective of "people-oriented",integrating education and education psychology.Multidisciplinary knowledge such as studies and literature.This thesis compares the concept of students,teachers,curriculum,and teaching in humanistic education with Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thoughts and educational practice,and puts the focus of research on the characteristics of Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thoughts under the vision of "people-oriented".Cheng Hongbing Hosting the construction of the Chinese school-based curriculum and exploring the humanistic value of the Chinese teaching model.In terms of structure,this paper adopts a longitudinal and in-depth analysis method,and divides the content into three chapters.The first chapter studies the characteristics of Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thought unde r the vision of "people-oriented".The second chapter and the third chapter further explore the humanistic value of Cheng Hongbing's educational practice on the basis of the first chapter.Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thought has three characteristic s: subjectivity,integrity and process.He has also innovated on the basis of inheriting the existing "people-oriented" education concept.Cheng Hongbing's "New Language Module" course at Jianping Middle School in Shanghai and the "Chinese Culture Original Reading" course at Shenzhen Mingde Experimental School highlight the students' main status and focus on cultivating students' personality.The "New Language Module" course embodies the idea that Chinese teaching should be linked to life in the concept of humanistic education;the "Chinese Culture Original Reading" course focuses on topical discussion,emphasizes the connection between Chinese teaching and life,and realizes interdisciplinary Integration.From the overall reading teaching mode,the thinking enlightenment composition teaching mode to the self-exploratory Chinese teaching mode,Cheng Hongbing's emphasis on the subjectivity of students is gradually improved.These three teaching modes all advocate the cultivation of students' thinking ability i n the process of teacher's life and other communication,but the thinking enlightenment composition teaching mode and the self-exploratory Chinese teaching mode pay more attention to the connection with life practice in the teaching process,and guide stud ents to learn.The knowledge is used in real life.
