Innovation is the soul and driving force of a nation's development and progress.Without innovation,there will be no progress and no future.Education is the fundamental way to cultivate innovative talents,and many countries regard the cultivation of innovative talents as the secondary direction of education development and reform.The "compulsory education music curriculum standard" issued in 2011 not only takes the cultivation of students' creativity as the curriculum goal and basic concept,but also embodies creativity as a separate field in the teaching.Based on the analysis of the compulsory education music curriculum standard(2011 Edition)and related theories,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire,observation and interview to investigate and analyze the music "creation" teaching in Guangzhou primary school.According to the survey,the proportion of "creation" teaching content involved in Guangzhou primary school music class is small;Teaching mainly focuses on the "feeling and appreciation" of music and the“performance” of music,etc;The content scope of "creation" teaching is relatively narrow,most of which is based on improvisation of action,rhythm and melody;The form of "creation" teaching is relatively simple,which mainly consists of group performance and solo performance.The main reason is due to the lack of teachers' understanding of "creative" teaching,the lack of relevant theoretical and practical guidance.Based on this,the author thinks and discusses from the aspects of teachers,students,teaching environment and teaching process,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the "creative" teaching of primary school music.
