Badminton,as a popular sport,is in an important position in China.It is a comprehensive exercise to enhance physical fitness.Has become one of the main ways people exercise.The badminton sport has put forward the very high request to the physical quality,the physical quality as the movement foundation and the premise,affects the badminton sport achievement directly.As an important part of physical fitness,agility is closely related to other physical fitness,so it is necessary to train and improve agility.This study introduces the modern physical fitness training method--soft ladder training method,which is a new,simple,convenient,functional and practical training tool with many USES,and the training effect is obvious to all.Therefore,this study explores whether the soft ladder training has a positive impact on the agility of badminton elective students in colleges and universities through experiments,analyzes the internal relationship between the soft ladder training and agility,and provides theoretical basis for the better application of the soft ladder training in colleges and universities.In this study,literature data method is used to collect and summarize relevant literature,questionnaire survey method is used to design the questionnaire on the basis of consulting relevant literature,and mathematical statistics method is used to make statistics and input the test data for analysis.Study mainly adopts the method of experiment,the experimental object is Beijing industry and commerce university badminton elective 50 students,the early stage of the experiment is carried out on the subjects group and the homogeneity test of two groups,then put the ladder prepared part of the training in experimental classes to intervene,that in comparative classes to prepare part of the course content according to the syllabus for teaching will not be changed,after 15 weeks,respectively the physical quality test of experimental classes and that in comparative classes and the sensitive quality index of the selected test,the experimental results show that:1.After 15 weeks of teaching experiments,students in the experimental group improved the effect of standing long jump,long throw of badminton and one-minute single swing better than the conventional teaching mode.In the control group,there were only significant differences in badminton throwing distance before and after the experiment.2.The experimental group had significant influence on the test indexes of 100 m run and sit-ups,while the routine teaching had no positive influence on the test indexes of standing long jump,one-minute single swing,100 m run and sit-ups of the control group.3.After the experiment,the five indicators of sensitivity test of the experimental group had positive effects,while the results of the five indicators of sensitivity of the control group had a small increase before and after the experiment,but it was not significant. |
