Rope ladder training method is a training method that trainers use rope ladder to do a variety of training exercises,especially footwork training,in order to footwork speed and agility training.In some western countries such as the United States,this method is widely used in basketball,football,tennis ball sports footwork training and sensitivity training.Since rope ladder training method is novel,simple,fun,easy to stimulate the interest of training,which can create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in training,thus makes it a practical training method that can attract trainers and eliminate psychological boredom caused by repeated training and single content.Therefore,the rope ladder training method induced into sports training conforms to teenagers' physiological,psychological development law.In recent years,researchers have introduced rope ladder training method of Chinese basketball,football,volleyball and other ball games project footwork and agility training.For badminton,a study on effect of rope ladder training for Chinese sports professional badminton students sensitive quality has been carried on,however,as far as the young badminton players in China as the research subject,there are few research findings on the footwork and flexibility of the rope ladder training method.In this case,8?12 years old young badminton training are mainly studied,experimental approach is adopted,to test the influence of badminton training step ladder training speed.Compared with the traditional training method,explore how does the rope ladder training method affect the footwork and flexibility of teenagers and provide theoretical and practical support for Juvenile Badminton Training in our country step moving speed training.The conclusions are as follow:1)Rope ladder training and traditional Badminton Footwork Training can improve footwork speed of teenage badminton trainers.2)Compared to the traditional Badminton Footwork Training,rope ladder training can improve the teenage traininers' speed of Badminton Footwork better,mainly reflected in the increase of limb strength,improve the speed of moving from short and enhance the comprehensive movement speed and flexibility of the Badminton Footwork among badmiton training tennagers.3)The ladder training on badminton training their footwork speed and flexibility is related to training time,the training time is longer,the effect is more obvious.Suggestion:(1)The rope ladder is widely used in badminton training footwork training,which can enrich y outh badminton footwork training method.(2)when using the ladder training,characteristics of the ladder training should be given play.Different structure designed in ladder,trainers can carry on various kinds of basic footwork trai ning with targets.For example,the ladder spacing can be controlled between 30 and 40 cm in t he practice of small steps run and rapid steps;They can set the ladder in the spacing between 50 and 70 cm in the practice of stridding and side feet together,and etc.lt makes the footwork tr aining be of purpose and pertinence.
