Aims of the study: Studies have shown that the effectiveness of Plyomtric training alone in improving agility is only below a moderate effect size.Compared with a single training method or method, according to the characteristics of the subject population or training needs, choosing one or two other training methods combined with Plyomtric training combined training methods will yield greater training benefits. Therefore, this paper discusses the effects of these three different training modes on sensitive quality by adding Plyomtric training, ladder training and combination training of the two in the public physical education classes of ordinary colleges and universities, and concludes that it can effectively improve the quality of life. The training mode of the sensitive quality of ordinary college students.Research methods: The research methods of this paper are literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method.A total of 72 ordinary college students were selected as the experimental objects and randomly divided into the control group,Plyomtric training(PT),Ladder training(LT),and the control group. The experimental group(PT+LT combined training)consisted of 12 males and 12 females each. After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the experimental group and the control group were tested with five test contents in three dimensions of sensitivity(direction change ability: Illinois running,T-type test;coordination ability: repeated lateral movement, dancing;changing movements Ability: Sit on the ground and clap your hands up).Paired samples T test was used to analyze the differences within each group, and one-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the differences between groups.Research results: After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,1.The post-test scores of each group,i.e.Illinois running,T-type test, repeated lateral movement, dancing, sitting and clapping, were significantly different from the pre-test scores(P<0.05).2.The ability to change direction: in the Illinois running test, there were significant differences between the male and female experimental groups and the control groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the PT in the control group and the LT in the control group(P>0.05).In the "T" test, there was no significant difference between the groups of male and female students(P>0.05).3.The ability to change movement: in the test of sitting on the ground and clapping hands, there was no significant difference between male and female PT between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);there were both LT between the experimental group and the control group and between the two control groups Significant difference(P<0.05).4.Coordination ability: in the repeated spanning test, there is a significant difference between the male and female experimental group and the control group PT(P<0.05);there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group LT(P>0.05);There was a significant difference between the two control groups(P<0.05).In the dance and dance test, there were significant differences in PT between the experimental group and the control group for males and females(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in LT between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);There was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Research conclusions: 1.All three training modes can improve the sensitive quality ability of ordinary college students, and the combined training has a more significant effect on improving the sensitive quality ability of ordinary college students than the other two training modes.2.In the ability to change direction, combined training has a better effect on improving Illinois running performance than the other two training modes. The three training modes have no significant difference in improving the T-test,but from the perspective of the effect of performance increase, the combined training effect is better.3.In coordination ability, ladder training and combination training are better than plyomtric training in improving the performance of repeated spanning. The range of repeated traversing performance of girls is higher than that of plyomtric training, but there is no significant difference in improving the repeated traversing performance range of boys.Combination training and ladder training are better than plyomtric training in improving the dancing performance of boys and girls. In terms of performance increase, the effect of combination training is better than that of ladder training.4.In the ability of changing movements, combination training and plyomtric training are better than ladder training in improving the performance of boys and girls sitting on the ground and clapping hands.Combined training is more effective in increasing performance than plyomtric training.
