| On March 8,2015,the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for the Development and Reform of China's Football",which clearly stated that the football game should be promoted to the political level of "national policy.".Therefore,under the background of national rejuvenation of "China dream" and the revitalization of the "Sports Powerful Country Dream",campus football activities are developing healthily day by day.On March 20,2018,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the"On the National Youth football characteristic school,pilot counties(districts)-2025)and the"Notice of Selection of the"Starry Sky"Training Camp in 2018"with a view to promoting the popularization and rapid promotion of campus football through the radiant role of the"Starry Sky"training camp.Jiujiang is a prefecture-level city in Jiangxi Province.There are 102 schools with campus football characteristics and 1 "pilot area with campus football characteristics".Among them,there are 14 schools with campus football characteristics in municipal schools.There are 6 schools with campus football characteristics in Xunyang District,and it is a "pilot area with campus football characteristics".This paper is an empirical study on the training camp of "Starry Sky" for teenagers in Xunyang District,Jiujiang.By using literature,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the relevant materials and data are obtained.Through the analysis,the problems existing in the development of the football "Starry Sky" training camp in Xunyang District of Jiujiang are found out,and the possible solutions are put forward to provide reference for the healthy development of the football "Starry Sky" training camp in the campus.In this study,the youth campus football "Starry Sky" training camp in Xunyang District of Jiujiang City is used to carry out empirical research,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The combination of sports and education has its prototype: the training camp of "Starry Sky" concentrates the football elites in the region for training.Through the platform jointly created by the sports,education and other departments,the system of the combination of sports and education and collaborative training is constructed.2.The coach team tends to be reasonable: the overall age structure of the coach team tends to be younger;the level of teaching years basically tends to be mature;thelevel of coaches' achievement tends to be basic.Hiring a Brazilian coach with a B-level coach certificate from the South American Football Association,who has 15 years of coaching experience,favors the individual technical coaching style of the training team members,which helps to promote the foundation and technicalization of the training program.3.The content of the training program is based on the Chinese youth football training program,covering the basic requirements of theory and practice,reflecting the scientific and systematic training.4.Combination of competition and selection to promote development: the "Starry Sky" training camp has been able to represent the highest level team in Jiujiang,and needs to accept the challenge of a higher platform.In this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of "Starry Sky" training camp,such as increasing the investment,optimizing the construction of the site,improving the evaluation system,establishing the mechanism of advance and retreat,optimizing the operation mode,expanding the sub camp network,optimizing the incentive mechanism,realizing the docking between provinces and cities,integrating professional teams,achieving mutual benefit and win-win results,innovating the competition system and expanding the communication platform. |
