Investigation And Research On The Development Status Of Campus Football Mantianxing Training Camp In Xihu District Of Hangzhou City

In 2017,in order to implement the Overall Plan for the Development and Reform of Chinese Football,the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group launched a pilot project for the construction of campus football "All-Star" training camp,aiming to explore a new way to cultivate football talents within the national education system.So far,138 campus football "All-Star" training camps have been constructed nationwide.West Lake District of Hangzhou City is one of the national campus football pilot areas.In 2018,it was selected as the national campus football "All-Star" training camp.This study studies the current situation of the "All-Sky Star" training camp of campus football in West Lake District of Hangzhou through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,The current situation and problems of the "Full Sky Star" football training camp in Xihu District of Hangzhou City were studied and analyzed,and puts forward better development countermeasures and suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:1.The campus football activities in West Lake District of Hangzhou City have been well carried out,and the construction plan of the campus football "All-Star" training camp has been implemented smoothly.2.The quality of coaches is uneven and needs to be improved.Some camp coaches tend to be younger in age;Lack of a higher level of athletic experience;Short working years,lack of rich teaching experience.The fluidity of the coaches is large,which affects the systematic training of the camp students.3.At present,Xihu campus football competition system,reward and punishment mechanism and evaluation system of students are relatively perfect,and football exchange activities are abundant.4.Students have a high degree of satisfaction with the training camp.Some coaches and physical education teachers are not satisfied with the training camp,which affects the development of the training camp.5.The publicity and reporting work is not in place,which leads to students,parents,teachers and the society’s understanding of the origin,objectives and significance of the campus football "Full Sky Star" plan is not in place.In order to promote the better development of campus football training camp "Full Sky Star" in Hangzhou West Lake District,the following suggestions are put forward:1.The education department shall improve relevant policies and support the campus football "Full Sky Star" program.Improve students’ access to higher education.Strengthen the training of PE teachers’ ethics.2.The education department shall increase the funding input,improve the logistics support mechanism,optimize the existing equipment and other hardware facilities,actively introduce high-level coaches,appropriately increase their income,and ensure their peace of mind in their work.3.Implement refined management,improve the assessment system for coaches and physical education teachers,improve the entry and exit mechanism for students,increase the number of training sessions for coaches,and improve their abilities.4.Continue to optimize the existing competition system and realize the docking between regions and provinces.Actively integrate professional teams and provide transportation for outstanding students in the campus football "Full Sky Star" training camp to achieve mutual benefit.5.We should actively develop social resources,expand communication platforms,strengthen publicity,improve social participation,and build the West Lake campus football brand.
