Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Football Camp "Starry Sky" In Henan Province

Since 2017,the Ministry of Education has established a campus football named“Starry Sky” training camp on a national pilot program,aiming to promote the high-level construction and high-quality development of campus football.At the same time,it also provides new opportunities for the development of campus football and creates a new model for the cultivation of football reserve talents.Since the development of campus football in our country,the campus football in Henan Province has developed rapidly and gained wide popularity.Zhengzhou and Luoyang are the "leaders" of campus football in Henan Province.The youth football has a good foundation and is also the first batch of "Starry Sky" training camp pilots.With the construction of the " Starry Sky " training camp in the area of Henan Province,Although all departments attach great importance to the work of " Starry Sky " training camp,they have also cooperated with each other and carried out scientific top-level design and planning.but there are gaps between ideal and reality,and there are still some problems in the work of the "Starry Sky" training camp in Henan Province.This paper adopts research methods such as literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,etc.,and takes the construction status and countermeasures of the "Starry Sky" training camp in Henan Province as the research object.According to the content and requirements of the “Basic Requirements for the“ Starry Sky ”Training Camp for National Youth Campus Football.This paper makes an in-depth study on the management organization,camp site selection,coach structure,camper selection,training and competition of the two "All Star" training camps in Henan Province and the influencing factors of the development of the training camps analyze the current problems in the construction of the training camp,and Combining policy documents and cases in other camps across the country,put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.Provide reference for the construction of other "Starry Sky" training camps.The conclusion of this study is as follows:1.The training camp is short of support from sports related departments and social aspects.2.The training camp is located in the campus football characteristic school with good site conditions,but the camp site is used intensively,with high frequency of use,which is difficult to be renovated.3.The coaches in the training camp have strong professional ability and rich experience,but most of them are trained according to their experience without a unified training program.4.The training camp coaches and campers are under great pressure to train.The weekly training frequency during non-holidays is too high.The training time varies from camp to camp.In some camps,the training time is in conflict with the normal class time.Moreover,the holiday training of the training camp is often in conflict with the competition and other factors.5.The training camp competition system is not complete enough.Campers mostly participate in school team competitions rather than competitions between training camps.At the same time,it is difficult to conduct competitions between training camp camp areas,and the competition means are single.6.With the development of training camps,government departments have problems such as inadequate supervision of training camp areas,which has led to the phenomenon of inactive training in individual training camp areas.In response to the above conclusions,combined with the actual situation of the "Gypsophila" training camp in Henan Province,the following suggestions are made:1.Integrate education,sports,football associations,Chinese Super League and high-quality resources at home and abroad,and coordinate and build a "Starry Sky" training camp.2.The location of the training camp should make full use of available resources.In addition to the use of high-quality venues for campus football special schools,high-quality venues for society and universities can be requisitioned.3.Intensify the retraining of training camp coaches,complete the retraining with quality and quantity,broaden the channels for selecting and hiring coaches,unify the head coach training program,and implement the training plan.4.Coordinate the training relationship between the training camp and the school team,decompress the campers and coaches,and hold joint events during the holidays.5.Increase communication opportunities between camps and increase competition opportunities with high-level teams.6.Intensify supervision and inspection to ensure the quality and quantity of training camps are carried out,and research camp camps and coaches evaluation system.
