| Since the establishment of the “Shanghai Campus Football League” in 2012,the Shanghai Youth Soccer Sports has been widely popularized.The level of national competitive sports development depends to a large extent on the quality and quantity of young talents.Putuo District has a good youth football base.It has Shanghai characteristics.In recent years,it has delivered many professional players for Shanghai and the country.In order to widen the channel for young talents' training,the district-level government has established an elite training camp in accordance with the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission's directive to integrate the resources of the district schools,Putuo Football School and social forces to break through the traditional youth football training model and provide systematic Development Platform.This research is based on the current situation of talent training in the Putuo District Youth Soccer Elite Training Camp(hereinafter referred to as “elite training camp”)and uses literature,questionnaires,interviews,field observations,and mathematical statistics.Putuo District elite training camp formation and development survey conducted a comprehensive survey for the district and even the city youth football talent training activities to provide reference and reference.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The elite training camp conducts detailed planning on the concepts and goals of talent cultivation,adheres to the principle of campers,pays attention to its long-term development,and provides direction and ideological guidance for cultivating modern youth football talents that meet the requirements of the times.However,during the actual operation of the elite training camp,there is a phenomenon of deviation between top-level design and actual operation of the concept of talent cultivation,and the education function of campus football needs further development.2.The protection of talents is coordinated by the Putuo district and district governments,combined with the resource advantages of the education sector and the sports sector,the leadership team is progressive and the city's 1:1 matching funds are allocated to ensure the normal development of the elite training camp in Putuo District..However,the lack of organization and management force in the operation of elite training camps in the district,and the lack of professional management talents in campus football are obvious.3.In the establishment of the teaching force,the elite training camp is equipped with professional teachers for efficient operation and multiple channels.However,with the increase in the level of competition of the U-series teams during the competition,the referee's professional ability has been questioned,coach training The phenomenon of many organizations,duplication of contents,and low value emerged.4.With regard to echelon construction at all levels,the development of each echelon of echelon teams is reasonable,and the training time is reasonable.It is basically guaranteed that every Monday,e-files supervise and record the performance of the campers' cultural studies,and effectively solve the problems that it is difficult to balance cultural learning and special training in the traditional sense.Affected by the restrictions on the household registration and the system of further studies,there is a loss of talents and faults in the construction of the echelon,and the overall skill level of the senior high school group has dropped significantly.5.In terms of personnel training evaluation,the campers' development is evaluated from multiple perspectives.The current elite training camp in Putuo District focuses on cultivating special skills in football and the full development of new talents in the new era.The popularization of campus football has been promoted steadily,and the series of work has been steadily carried out.This will provide a significant competitive ability for the future to develop from the campus.Football players lay solid foundations. |
