Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Zhifu District,Yantai City

Campus football characteristic school is an important starting step to implement the strategy of sports and education integration and the strategy of sports power.Vigorously develop youth football and build a youth football reserve talent training echelon need campus football policy to play advantage.In the more than ten years of operation of campus football characteristic school,its development status,existing problems and forward direction need to be systematically combed and explored in practice.Zhifu District as an economically developed and conveniently located area in Yantai,has been identified as the youth campus football pilot area of Yantai city,since 2015.And its development of campus football is relatively rapid.Taking football characteristic school in Zhifu District,Yantai city as the research object.This research aims to comb through the teachers,venues,funds,teaching and system of football characteristic school in Zhifu District,Yantai city.This research uses the method of literature,expert interviews,site visits,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,conducts investigation and interviews on school leaders,football teachers,students and some parents of students.Listen to the voices of all parties,summarize the suggestions of all parties.Objectively summarize the development status of campus football characteristic schools in Zhifu District,Yantai city.Combined with relevant issues,analyze influencing factors of various aspects,explore the influencing factor system of development,and put forward suggestions.Furthermore,with points and surfaces,it is hoped that the suggestions can provide a reference template for the reform of campus football characteristic schools in Shandong province and even the whole country.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:1.Zhifu District,Yantai city,seized the strategic opportunity of campus football reform in 2014 to develop campus football.In 2015,it was identified as the experimental area of Yantai youth campus football reform.2.In the campus football organization management system,daily management has gone on track,the school management framework has been initial established;football rules and regulations are relatively comprehensive involve teaching,teachers,safety and other fields.3.Capital input of campus football schools has formed the tripartite input of state financial allocation,local financial allocation and school allocation.School’s physical education teachers in age,educational background,special sports skills,sports grade,coaches,teacher training,teacher treatment and other aspects can meet most of the requirements of campus football development;the basic supporting facilities such as fields and equipment are relatively complete,but the number is slightly inadequate.4.In campus football characteristic schools,it is found that the students are satisfied with the football teachers and the football field.Students have high willingness to participate in football.The development progress of campus football teaching hours,teaching methods,teaching plan content and school-based curriculum research are relatively smooth.5.Campus football competition system gradually improved,intramural and extramural competitions complement each other,and the forms of competition are various.School competitions are varied in type.In addition,parents’ support for students’ participation also makes the football competition orderly.6.The problems existing in campus football characteristic schools are as follows.Special appropriations are still insufficient,and the sources of funds need to be expanded.Teaching methods need to be innovated and teaching content needs to be improved.The number of class hours is forced to squeeze,football publicity surface needs to be expanded.The thought of participating in training is formalized,and the contradiction of learning and training is serious.The quantity of venues is insufficient.
