As the international competition intensified,the Chinese government is more and more aware of the cultural soft power in the international competition the important role of our government are paying attention to the process of education reform and development,also recognize the serious situation of development of China's education evaluation in 2019 issued by the China education modernization in 2035 put forward to build the education quality evaluation monitoring mechanism,establish a more scientific fair examination evaluation system,set up the whole process of all-round talent training quality feedback control system However,as China's education evaluation is still in the primary stage of development,in terms of China's current situation,the evaluation of education effectiveness is mostly carried out in the way of examination,lacking of scientific,effective and high-quality evaluation.This paper selected the object of study for primary school composition in the central part of the evaluation in our country,but the whole education evaluation based on China's current in a primary and more severe situation,in the face of this difficult problem,the author put the eyes on the international some excellent countries on development of the education evaluation system,in the end will be the focus of research for American NAEP selected thesis evaluation system,because the United States since 1969,passed the national progress in education evaluation system has a history of more than 50 years,50 years from the federal government continuously according to the practical situations of education and states,modified NAEP education evaluation system has until 2011 It has developed into a mature evaluation system which has been used for reference by other countries in the world.Between this,this article focus on the middle primary school composition evaluation of the common problems existing in such as evaluation main body is relatively single evaluation method is a type of writing too pay attention to emotional expression evaluation results,the essay discusses the transparency is not strong and so on other types from the history development and organizational structures and elements and so on to discuss the thesis evaluation system of the flare NAEP evaluation system to our country elementary school middle composition evaluationcompared with American NAEP composition evaluation system,finally from the scientific nature From the perspective of humanism and feasibility,this paper summarizes some enlightenment and strategies from NAEP which are beneficial and in line with the implementation in the middle of primary schools in China and the significance of developing the composition evaluation system in the middle of primary schools in China scientifically and effectively.
