Development And Application Of Video Demonstration System For Surfing Training Method

In 2016,the International Olympic Committee announced that surfing was included in the official competition of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.Since then,there has been a wave of surfing around the world,and many countries have begun to actively prepare for the Olympic Games.However,our country's surfing project has a poor mass base,low popularity and weak technology,which has just started in the past two years.How to make the rapid popularization of this project in our country and the leaping improvement of surfing performance has become the top priority.With the rapid development of video,network and computer technology,many scholars see that video as an auxiliary means in the field of sports training has a more important significance,which provides a new possibility for the innovation of training methods.Video assisted training can not only convey the action essentials to the athletes more intuitively,vividly and vividly,but also feed back the training effect of the athletes in time,which is very helpful to improve the performance and training effect.With the development of surfing video photography technology,video recording and broadcasting technology and science and technology,HD video can capture the instantaneous action or sports scene more accurately and accurately,and surfing video recording and broadcasting can save and spread the wonderful game more comprehensively,more clearly and multi dimensionally.In this paper,we want to explore the application value of surfing video assistant system in surfing through some investigations and experiments.Based on the theory of the eight basic training methods of sports training,this paper re creates the videos collected at home and abroad through the non-computer software Premiere CS6,and finally develops the surf video demonstration system as the research object of this paper.The experimental object of this paper is 16 surfers of team B of Hainan national team.Through the method of literature,mathematical statistics and experimental measurement,the empirical research and comparative analysis can provide reference for our country's surfing training methods.The results are as follows:(1)The surfer video demonstration system is intuitive,which simplifies the abstract and complex action technology image into a dilemma that the athlete does not know how to practice and how to practice after the coach dictates the technical actions or training methods.Surfing video demonstration system can directly display the technical action demonstration of international excellent athletes through slow lens,playback and other functions,which is helpful for athletes to improve the efficiency of surfing technology and understand the technical application methods and actions.(2)Surfing video demonstration system is novel,which increases the interest of training and brings a new stimulus to athletes.By watching the video to learn the surfing technology,the athletes will greatly improve their enthusiasm and interest,and will actively and consciously participate in the surfing training.(3)Surfing video demonstration system broadens the time and space of surfing training,and improves the training effect significantly.Through the study of demonstration system,athletes combine practice and training organically,breaking the traditional training mode,which is conducive to the understanding and application of training methods and technical movements,greatly broadening the time and space for learning surfing,and solving the time and space constraints in traditional training.(4)Surfing video demonstration system has flexibility and portability.The coach can share the surfing video to the athlete,and the athlete's learning of surfing will not be limited by the wave condition,time,equipment,venue and other factors.It can be watched by mobile phone,tablet or computer,and it is convenient to carry.
