Objectives:For basketball athletes the requirement of low-body power is very high.Unilateral training is a way of modern physical training which close to the specialized event.The research objective is to find a method of training which is highly related to the characteristic of basketball.Methods:The basketball skill has the characteristics of unilateral movement;the significance of unilateral training in physical training and in the other sport game is successful;finally combining the both,put forward the unilateral training is more meaningful to develop the low-body power of basketball athletes.And then,I desinged the experiment and the training cycle and select the vertical jump height as the main measure.Experiment choose the U 15 national women's basketball team as the subjects,subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group's training content is the unilateral training;The control group's training content is the lateral training.Result:(1)After the test,for the experimental group,there is no significant effecive about the vertical jump in situ with double legs but there is a improvement for both the vertical jump with single leg whether run up or in situ and with double legs run up significantly;(2)For the control group,there is no significant effecive about the vertical jump with single legs whether in situ or run up but there is a improvement for the vertical jump with double leg whether run up or in situ significantly;(3)Contrast the difference between the experimental group and control group,there is no differential about the vertical jump with double legs;but for the single leg,the improvement for the experimental group is more significant than the control group.Conclusions:(1)For vertical jump with double legs jump,the lateral training is more meaningful,and unilateral training can't effectively play a role;(2)For the single leg vertical jump in situ,unilateral training has very significant effect,and lateral training does not have significant meaning;(3)For vertical jump with double legs run up,unilateral training and lateral training has the remarkable effect;(4)For the vertical jump with one leg run up,unilateral training has very significant effect,and lateral training does not have significant meaning;(5)After contrast experimental group and control group vertical jump height change of the amplitude,double legs jump,whether the run-up,both do not exist significant difference;And in one leg jump,whether the run-up,unilateral training compared with the lateral is very meaningful;...
