| Career education aims to help students correctly understand themselves,explore the world around them,and then make career decisions that are right for them.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform policy,as one of the eight provinces to enter the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination,Hebei Province has entered the comprehensive college entrance examination reform from the first year of senior high school students who entered the school in the fall of 2018.This requires students from the junior high school stage,learn to plan your career and prepare for it.Junior high school students are in the transition period from elementary school to high school,and their physiology and psychology are undergoing rapid changes.They are confused about their future,so it is imperative to carryout career education for junior high school students.However,the current situation of the development of career education in junior high schools in China is not optimistic.The school lacks attention to career education,and students have weak awareness of career planning.The goals of career education in junior high schools are vague,the content is not comprehensive,the implementation method is monotonous,and the evaluation method is not clear.Insufficient guarantees in terms of organization and teachers.Therefore,a complete junior high school career education system is urgently needed to guide the smooth development of junior high school career education.On the basis of collating relevant literature,actually investigating the current situation of junior high school career education and analyzing the reasons,this study draws on advanced experience at home and abroad,and combines with China's reality,from the five aspects of the goals,content,implementation,evaluation,and guarantee of junior high school career education.Establish a junior high school career education system,conduct specific analysis and analysis of all aspects,with a view to providing assistance for the development of junior high school career education.This thesis mainly includes eight parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the questions raised,the significance of research,a review of domestic and foreign research literature,research ideas and methods,and research innovations.The second part is an overview of the junior high school career education system.The main contents include: the definition of related concepts,the actual needs of the construction of a junior high school career education system,the theoretical foundation of a junior high school career education system.The third part is the goal of career education in junior high school.By analyzing the needs of today's students,the needs of society,and the needs of the discipline itself,drawing on the existing goals of junior high school career education in the United States and China,the overall goals and specific goals of junior high school career education are proposed.The fourth part is the content of junior high school career education.Combining Taylor's principle and the unique characteristics of career education,this paper proposes five principles for selecting content for junior high school career education,and based on the principles,draws on existing junior high school career education content in the United States and China,and determines the content of junior high school career education as three major aspects: self-recognition knowledge,external exploration,career decision-making.The fifth part is the implementation of career education in junior high school.This section draws on the existing junior high school career education implementation methods in the United States and China,summarizes the main implementation methods of junior high school career education,including three major aspects: junior high school career education courses,junior high school career experience activities,junior high school career counseling and guidance,and gives specific implementation case for reference.The sixth part is the evaluation of junior high school career education.The main contents include: the specificization of evaluation standards,the diversity of evaluation subjects,and the diversity of evaluation methods.The seventh part is the guarantee measures of junior high school career education.It mainly includes internal and external safeguard measures.In-school security measures are specifically divided into organizational guarantees,teacher guarantees,and resource guarantees;out-of-school guarantee measures are specifically divided into policy guarantees,funding guarantees,and social security.The eighth part is the conclusion.A brief summary of the research is made,the advantages and disadvantages are pointed out,and future research prospects are proposed. |
