Career education in high school is an area that is receiving continuous attention in the context of current social development and the reform of the examination system.Career education in some high schools in Shanghai has shown a wealth of practice,and many domestic studies have also provided cutting-edge practical ideas.On this basis,further discussion on the effectiveness of high school career education from the perspective of school management can bring new inspiration for optimizing the realization mechanism of career education goals.Therefore,this study selects a Shanghai high school with rich career education experience as a case,regards the school career education as a complex system,clarifies the elements of the high school career education system from the perspective of school management,and analyzes the effectiveness of the system operation and career education goals The deviation between them,understand the operation process behind them,use this as a clue to explore the problems and possibilities in system operation management,and propose management countermeasures to optimize system operation.This research adopts mixed research methods,mainly qualitative research,and comprehensively uses text analysis method,interview method,case method and questionnaire survey method to carry out research.First,based on literature research and case analysis,the elements of the high school career education system(including the main elements,process elements,and environmental elements)are clarified;then,through the questionnaire survey of student career development,the operational effectiveness of the case school career education system is analyzed,It is found that there are significant differences in the development of students in different grades and classes in career education;furthermore,combined with relevant cases and interviews between schools and classes,the current status of the career education system is traced,and the design,deployment,implementation,and evaluation of these are discussed.The relevant influence factors of the four links finally get managementsuggestions.Specifically,the preliminary findings obtained through investigation and case analysis show that: the significant differences in the level of student career development in grade and class dimensions,the balance between the basic implementation model structure of school career education and the independent implementation of career education between classes Equilibrium state and other system operating factors.After analyzing the causes of the operation and management of the career education system,it was found that the main reason for the "imbalance" of the basic model is that the design elements are not sufficiently connected,the deployment arrangements are flexible but not compact,and the evaluation feedback of each link is still missing;and the system implementation link The flexible space set aside in has created different autonomous implementations between classes.Based on the above research,the management strategies that can be proposed to optimize the high school career education system are: in the design stage,strengthen the effective connection between the top-level planning and the implementation plan,and focus on the internal needs of the students;in the deployment stage,set up a career education executive committee and improve Resource guarantee mechanism;in the implementation link,flexible management promotes the emergence of practical innovation;in the feedback link,it covers the entire process of system operation and builds an evaluation system and feedback platform.
