The system of optional courses and walking class breaks the limitation of fixed classes.It is a flexible,dynamic and compound teaching organization form that highlights the subjectivity and diversity of students.Previous research and practice have proved that it is conducive to the implementation of quality education and promote the personalized development of students.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform,it has become one of the important ways to realize the right to choose learn and courses.Xinjiang,as one of the fourth batch of pilot areas of the new college entrance examination reform,is also gradually exploring and implementing this system of optional courses and walking class.However,due to historical and practical reasons,the education reform and development in southern Xinjiang is still lagging behind.Therefore,taking s middle school as an example,through questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation,to analyze the current implementation of this system in ordinary high schools in southern Xinjiang,and based on this,put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,in order to promote Perfect the practical exploration of this place.The research results reveal that from 2008 to now,s middle school has made some achievements in the management mode,school-based curriculum development and evaluation system construction.However,there are still some problems.First,in the preparatory stage,the training of faculty and staff is inadequate;and the teaching resources are incomplete.second,in the course selection stage,there is a lack of career planning guidance and course selection guidance,and there is a certain blindness and randomness in the course selection of students.Third,in the stage of taking class,there is a lack of corresponding management measures and overall planning education,problems such as disorderly management of teaching classes and weakening of teacher-student relations.Fourth,in the aspect of evaluation,the comprehensive quality evaluation has not been implemented,and the evaluation method focuses on the result evaluation.Based on the above issues,the research puts forward the following suggestionsand Countermeasures:First,in the early preparation stage,further change the concept and strengthen the training of teachers and staff;at the same time,perfect systematic supporting measures.second,in the course selection stage,we should strengthen the guidance of students' career planning and course selection to improve students' ability of independent course selection.Third,in the stage of taking classes,actively construct the management mechanism of teaching class,strengthen the guidance of students' learning in class,and promote the sound development of the relationship between teachers and students.fourth,in the aspect of evaluation,we should implement the comprehensive quality evaluation system and use multiple evaluation methods to achieve an objective and comprehensive evaluation effect.
