Education should pursue the students orientation.In balance,education is an aid of life.There is a saying that facing the differences directly is the core of educational wisdom.In the author’s opinion,this is a truth and this is a belief for the educators.The educators need to learn the differences of students and also respect their differences.What’s more,they need to adopt the effective difference education strategy to satisfy the various learning needs of students,aiming to help them obtain the corresponding and periodical satisfaction.Neither the setting of honors class and regular class nor the implementation of parallel class with equal distribution can solve the problem of satisfying the differences.By contrast,optional class system can meet the various needs of students better and achieve the distribution according to their needs.There is a close collection of learning effect between junior high school and senior high school.So that how to organize the optional class system well and fully utilizes its advantage in the period of junior high school is a project which deserves to study more.This thesis starts with the teaching method of optional class system implemented in junior high school according to the social development demand nowadays,then it will proposes the direction,the aim and the meaning of the research under the guidance of some related education theories.With looking through the documents of optional class system and having the interview and discussion with the teachers involved in the class which implement the optional class system,it develops the overall learning,recording,investigation and analysis on the implementation plan and process management of optional class system in Z junior high school by utilizing the investigation method,the interview method and the case analysis method.Meanwhile,on the base of a comprehensive analysis on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this thesis makes an analysis of the problems existing in the implementation process of optional class system and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.First of all,this thesis defines the concept of implementing the optional class system in junior high school.Next,it expounds the theoretical basis of the optional class system from philosophy,psychology,educational theory and educational policy program.In addition,through learning the practical process of carrying out the optional class system in Z junior high school,this thesis sums up the experience and finds the problems,proposing the corresponding solutions to the problems from three aspects,the student learning,the teacher teaching and the school management,and describing the development trend of optional class system in the future. |
