Since entering the new round of basic course physical education reform,the school physical education curriculum has offered elective courses in the high school stage to meet the interest of students and more effective skills.As a sport that is widely carried out among the masses,badminton is also popular among teenagers.Many high school schools across the country have opened badminton options classes.In order to further investigate the development of the badminton options course,help young people learn the sport better.Through the investigation of 15 ordinary high school physical education classes in Yangzhou City,it is known whether 15 ordinary high schools offer optional courses and whether to open badminton options.This paper takes the badminton option course offered by the ordinary high school in Yangzhou City as the survey object,and uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the current situation of the high school badminton elective course,in order to understand and analyze the badminton option class.Teaching content,teaching methods,teaching hours,venue equipment,teacher status,etc.,as well as students' knowledge of cognition and basic skills.To provide a certain reference for more effective training of badminton options.At the same time,badminton sports can be better spread among students.Students can effectively master badminton skills and improve their physical fitness and mental health through the badminton selection course.The survey concluded that:(1)There are 15 ordinary high schools in Yangzhou,and only 5 schools offer badminton optional courses.They are Yangzhou Middle School,Yangzhou University Affiliated High School,Xinhua Middle School,Hanjiang Middle school and Shuren Middle School.(2)There is no syllabus for the optional badminton courses offered by the five ordinary high schools in yangzhou city,and there is a unified physical education textbook;Five high schools have made teaching plans for badminton optional courses in line with the actual situation of the school,and there are two badminton optional courses every week.The teaching content selection and arrangement of badminton optional course in 5 senior high schools conform to the actual situation of senior high school students;Proper use of teaching methods,mainly to explain and demonstrate,supplemented by competition,game method,the use of modern teaching means less The summative evaluation is the main evaluation method of the badminton optional courses in the five high schools.(3)The number of students in the optional badminton classes of 5 ordinary high schools in yangzhou city is large,but the venues are few,which cannot meet the needs of students' arbitrary activities.In the provision of equipment,5 high schools are based on the specific circumstances of the school.(4)Managers in charge of sports in 5 ordinary high schools in yangzhou all love badminton and support the establishment of optional badminton courses.(5)Most of the teachers in the badminton optional course of 5 ordinary high schools in yangzhou are middle-aged teachers with advanced qualifications,all of whom have bachelor's degree or above and are not badminton majors.They are willing to improve their badminton professional level.But access to training is rare.(6)The first motivation for the students of 5 ordinary high schools in yangzhou city to participate in the badminton optional course is to enhance their physical health and improve their badminton skills;Before participating in the badminton optional course,his cognition of badminton mainly comes from the Internet.Through the study of badminton optional course,most students have basically mastered the basic skills to carry out badminton activities.The badminton teaching level and skill level of the teachers are satisfied by the students of the badminton optional course in 5 high schools.It does not have high requirements for the site,and the existing site of the school can basically meet the needs of students.In view of the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)The five ordinary high schools in Yangzhou city should strictly follow the formulated teaching plan,determine the teaching tasks and teaching contents of each class,ensure the orderly development of badminton optional courses,and ensure the systematicness and integrity of students' basic knowledge and basic skills learning.(2)In the teaching method selection of badminton optional course,teachers should appropriately add audio-visual teaching method,such as projection,slide show,video video and other modern educational technologies.Through novel and intuitive experience,they can help teachers more vividly reflect the line and direction of badminton action.(3)For the badminton optional course teachers,they should not only take the students' final technical evaluation score as the final score,but also evaluate from multiple perspectives such as classroom performance,attitude,thinking ability,skill learning and progress range,combining summative evaluation with process evaluation.(4)The badminton optional course can be divided into classes before the implementation of the course,so that teachers can formulate teaching objectives in line with their physical and mental development and technical basis for different basic classes,arrange appropriate teaching contents and teaching methods,and promote students of similar levels to communicate and learn from each other.For the students who have made great progress,we can timely adjust the teaching plan,so that every student is in a state of continuous progress and development,and mobilize the enthusiasm of every student to ensure the all-round development of all students.(5)The education department should pay more attention to the special training opportunities for badminton teachers.At the same time,some badmlnton teacher leagues between schools can be held.Through the competition,learn skills,exchange experience,promote development.
